Should be shut down..beyond the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was told to pull up to a parking spot to wait for my food, even tho the restaurant was not full at all. The employee didn't even ask me to confirm my order before asking me to pull up. Brought out only one order when I had 2 separate orders. Literally waited 20 minutes for them to bring out my second order. I had my gf go in there physically to check on it because we didn't hear anything back, the food was horrible, I used to work here, and they have gone downhill.. there use to be a higher standard for customer service and their food. This experience was ridiculous. Never again

Employee Kirsten, was very aggressive and came outside over a dispute of decaf coffee. Hurled racial slurs at our family while we sat in the car. It escalated because of her words and the company is now protecting an employee that has be known to get hostile with even the store manager says “This is her normal behavior”. She has caused distress to me and my family; because she came out of the building yelling after she clocked out. But she represents the company on and off the clock and they protect aggressive, instigating, self victimizing employees.

Told customers to pull forward and wait over 30 minutes on a Saturday at 12:00…clearly lacking from management down, wouldn’t waste your time.

Although I'm typically reluctant to leave negative reviews, the decline in service at this McDonald's compels me to share my experience. Residing just around the corner, my family has been frequenting this establishment weekly for nearly five years. Regrettably, the quality and efficiency have noticeably deteriorated over time. Each visit feels like a step back in terms of service and value. The once swift drive-thru experience now raises doubts about the term 'fast food.' It's neither fast nor economical, leaving one to ponder alternatives for better value and service.Staff turnover appears to be a recurring issue, reflected in the lack of customer-centricity among some employees. Understandably, their demeanor often matches the challenges they face. Moreover, the recent parking lot redesign, with its two-lane menu, seems more symbolic than functional, given the perpetual closure of the second lanez or people not responding when you pull up to the menu. The previous layout worked just fine, rendering this change perplexing and ineffective.Consistency remains elusive, evident in the haphazard packaging of orders. From multiple bags to cramming everything into one, each visit presents a new surprise. At times, we've even been handed bags to pack our own orders—a peculiar experience, to say the least. In conclusion, while it pains me to express dissatisfaction, honesty compels me to caution others. It's time for this McDonald's to reclaim its former glory or risk losing loyal patrons like myself.

This place has steadily gone down hill. Multiple times in the past two months I’ve had to leave without food or money because I’ve waited so long that I’ve become late and can’t take the time to go get a refund. Today I went in after waiting for 15 minutes and asked for a refund. The person at the counter straight up ignored me. Avoid this place if you don’t want to be robbed.

I recently had a rather disappointing experience with McDonald’s, where the service and food quality did not meet my expectations. Despite the convenience of placing my order online, I found myself waiting an additional 10 minutes inside the restaurant for my meal. This unexpected delay was only the beginning of my dissatisfaction.Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed that my burger was undercooked, which led to an unpleasant reaction from me. To add to my disappointment, the fries, although appearing overcooked, were surprisingly still frozen inside. It’s uncommon and unacceptable to receive food in such a condition from a well-known establishment like McDonald’s.I am unsure whether this McDonald’s location is privately owned, which might explain the variance in service and quality. However, regardless of ownership status, customers expect and deserve a certain standard when visiting any McDonald’s restaurant.

Placed mobile order at 11:45p and got there 11:50pm. App said closed at midnight so I pulled up and they processed my order. I was at the window and before anyone even said anything to me I heard someone yell that “someone’s gotta tell her she ain’t getting her fries”. Manager VERY rudely tells me that they shut machines down 11:30 and can’t give me my food or a refund and to come back another day. Very inconvenienced and had to process a dispute with my bank. Horrible manager and staff. Why shut machines and register down 30 min early when you can still order on the app. DO NOT come here.

I mobile ordered and it still took more than 10 minutes for them to give me my food. During the greater than 10 minutes that I stood there, the staff were consistently ignoring people at the counter to force them to use the kiosks instead of waiting on the customers.
