We went here after a day at the science museum and were very hungry. The man who took my order was one of the friendliest employees I've encountered. Unfortunately, we didn't get his name, but he was tall with a beard, and he was wearing a neon hat and vest. HE DESERVES A RAISE!!! He was very kind to everyone and even wished me a happy birthday :)

Had to order twice thru door dash to receive the wrong order twice. Even the dasher said they(the night crew) were horrible. How could y'all possibly mess up the most basic order TWICE. You missed not once but two times. I manage fast food so I know it's hard to find good help but this location is lacking at the most basic level. So you just don't want to drop a basket of fries bc it's late?! That's your literal job babe. Get. It. Together. I literally do it for a living and I can assure you it doesn't call for this lack of attention. Find better help bc y'all done pissed me off over some damn fries. I would've taken cold fries over none two damn times. Oh and just to clarify I ordered the second time to correct a order of 4 items and received 1 of the 4. Second time received 3 of the 4. Obviously the fries weren't there both times. Unless someone didn't order fries for your truck and you couldn't borrow from another store then I understand. I could go on and on but I know there will be next to no resolve based on this experience alone.

Our experience was so much better than expected! Everyone working was polite friendly and welcoming. They smiled and did a fabulous job despite it being lunch time and extremely busy. The food was so much better than some other locations.

Horrible service! If you want to get a load of rudeness, this is the place to be. Idiot at the drive-through sticks out his hand like a begger and takes your CC without a word and shoves you a receipt. Then, at pick-up, the other idiot asks what you ordered. THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO KNOW! I waited 5 minutes for a cheeseburger meal while the line of cars piled up behind me. This operation is so screwed up! The primary fault lies with the manager who deserves to be reprimanded and fired immediately ?

Line moved okay. Got to the speaker to place my order and had to repeat it 4 times. Another operator took over and I repeated it twice. Pulled to the first window and had to repeat my order again. Received my order. I would have rather starved than this experience.
I got a not so nice steak, egg n cheese mcgriddle and they replaced it with no issue. I always get my order fast. This is the only McDonald's I and my family will go to.

This place is junk! I place online orders and it always takes longer here than any other location. The only time it doesn't take longer is when they tell me they're out of stock and have to give me a refund.These problems are on top of the homeless people to hustle me for change. Gross!
