Horrible, don't trust them without a doubt they will be disappointed, I think one should always do the best they can but it seems they did it reluctantly here is what I asked for and the chambonada I received :( I would give them 0 stars but you can't apart from everything They serve reluctantly as if you were going to ask and not buy from them in general bad service.

What a Great cake nd the worst customer service I called no one spoke any English so I had my friend call them nd order the cake because she spoke Spanish we picked up the cake it has random writing so I called the place and the person on the phone did nothing to correct the situation and said to me to order in Turkish?!?! What a jokei will never go there again.

Very bad it was a very different cake, the cake was tall, and they made it super short. The logo was different from the one they put on it, the decoration was different. On the logo of the cake it brought spilled cream that covers the logo that I asked for. As it was 3 milk and it came out drier than when it was in the sun ??, I really thought I would take something much better

Horrible, the worst disappointment that has ever happened to me, I called to order the cake, they took my order and confirmed it, and when I arrived they told me that my order was not there, and they reluctantly served me, a bald man with a bad attitude. They didn't help me at all and left me without a cake on the very day of my event.Bye I never saw you.

We ordered a black and white (j cole)chocolate tres leches cake with black hearts but instead was given a vanilla pink gender reveal looking cake. They took it upon themselves to make all these changes. A phone call asking for a 2nd option would have been the least that could’ve been done. Someone picked it up for me with out checking the cake. The taste was overall good(2 stars) but I will not be ordering another!
