Unassuming on the inside. Our go-to spot for pick up. Speedy service, great food.

I normally love this place, It's my go to if I have people over and need good chinese.I don't think we'll be ordering from there anymore. Our dinner tonight was flavorless, the sweet and sour chicken had no sweetness, just sour. The chicken tasted like it sat for a while after first cooked (earlier in the day) then was re-fried giving a dry over cooked and way too hard and crunchy texture. My General Tso was oily, and flavorless. I had requested extra spicy and found the food had no discernable flavor. One entre was upgraded to fried rice, totally flavorless can't tell the difference between the fried and white rice. I don't even want to check the Shrimp Lo Mein that we ordered for a guest, for fear of it being the same disappointment. Please get it together, I dunno if its new management, cost cutting, or a renegade cook who has no investment/ pride in the food that's being served, but if this is the new Mings Dynasty, good luck staying in business. There are plenty of other options in the city and no one is going to spend near fifty bucks for three meals of sub par food.

Figured I’d give it a try and did takeout. I gave it a try since don’t see much reviews and was a solid 7/10.I got Chicken w/ Broccoli and Fried Rice + Wonton Soup. Total price $17-$18.

5 stars!! This is my first time eating here and my food was ready quick and the food was great. I got the orange chicken with white rice and the beef Lo mein. None of the meat was chewy. Good portions. The broccoli was very fresh tasting, flavor was great. No negatives. Excellent!! I will be back again.UPDATE: I went back again and got the chicken pad Thai as well, very food flavor. This is definitely my new and only Chinese place to go to.

Nothing fancy, just decent Chinese at a reasonable price. Hit and sour soup is pretty good.

They used to be a great place to eat, the food is now very greasy, and tastes of old grease. Not palatable at all.

Traveling through Richmond with my husband who eats gluten and dairy free. We found Ming's Dynasty and ordered the vegetable lomein and were prepared to expect the usual sub-par soggy rice noodles with few vegetables. Not! We got a healthy and copious amount of a variety of broccoli, corn, snow peas, bok choy, nearly -blackened mushrooms all delicately and mildly seasoned to perfection. All was perfectly cooked. Our one decent Chinese restaurant closed in Baltimore and we've been so disappointed here ever since. How refreshing to enjoy such a nice meal today. Sweethearts at the counter and behind. So good - thank you!

Very strange atmosphere and service asked to dine in and the guy seemed very surprised, but the food made up for it. Very good!

Entrees are good and at a reasonable price. Lunch menu is very good. I think the fried rice depends on the eater, but I’d be happy with white. Fast service.

This place is disgusting. I ordered shrimp and broccoli but the food had numerous hairs in it. Also the staffs are I'll mannered and unprofessional. Don't expect any customer service from these dirty clowns. If you love your health and money, please do not order anything from here.

Very good food. Spicy MEANS spicy. And they are not afraid to share all the sweet and sour sauce you want or need.

Not bad, not great. Most of the entrees are decent. Fried rice leaves something to be be desired - it's very oily. I'd recommend Top's China, just a few minutes down the road.
