Delicious bagels and schmear great location in the Fan clearly well loved by the VCU hangover crowd. Could use some refinement around the lines and pickup system -- all the online and dine in orders seem to get bunched up together. I suspect my order was ready long before they called my name. Love the classic Lox sandwich on Rosemary and sea salt bagel. Blanchard's Coffee also the best.

My co-workers were so happy with these bagels and the cream cheese. I was greeted kindly and my order of 2 dozen assorted bagels and 5 cream cheese was ready in under 10 minutes (I requested sliced). Easy in and out, friendly staff.

Amazing bagels, it has become one of my weekend rituals. Yes, the line and wait can be long, but I just order ahead and have my bagel ready by the time I get there! The location is great, and all their bagels are really yummy. My favorites are the everything bagel with egg, sausage, and cheese. As well as the rosemary sea salt with mixed veggie smear. You can't go wrong! Employees are nice, and it's so fun being around Richmond locals with a passion for bagels.

These bagels are the undisputed champ in this part of the world! They get everything right. Somehow a buttered bagel completely misses the mark we sadly found out. This bagel is perfect but if you’re expecting butter this misses the mark completely . For context, in the bakeries in the Northeast a Buttered bagel or roll has BUTTER, not as much as a cream cheese smear but doggone close! That’s buttered! We could hardly see the butter between the slices which was very disappointing AND pricey since butter is $1. So please give me butter I can see, I’ll fix it if it’s too much, but I can’t do anything about it if it’s barely there. My advice? Stick with the cream cheese smear until they’re brave enough to really Butter a Bagel!

Okay so I ordered a Reuben and the flavor was great BUT WHY are we serving cold untoasted bagels???????? Like in what world is that okay. How are you a bagel shop and can't toast a bagel. It doesn't make sense. That alone was enough to kind of kill the vibes for me personally. But other than that it was a pretty solid sandwich. I would recommend this place for like a catering order as opposed to just eat on the go, especially if you order a "hot" sandwich.

The bagels were the closest to New York bagels I have had outside of New York City. Thick and chewy and delicious! They had an amazing system of knowing which bagels went in which to go or online order bag! It was smooth and efficient, I was amazed! I wish I took pictures, but they were eaten too quickly! Yum!!

My favorite is the poppy seed bagel with blueberry cream cheese.Parking: Not much parking if it’s busy. Only street parking and it’s a neighborhood.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get in the front door
