The food was deliciousBut the service was outstanding!My sister and I were celebrating our father's life as he passed away several years ago so we were reminiscing and grievingOur server was so genuinely nice and friendly and everything she did for us just made our night!We won't forget her kindness (when I remember her name I'll update the review to include that)

Been going here for 20+ years, and lately (the last year or two) the quality of the food has gone way down.The 'Blue Cheese Pecan Chopped Side Salad' has become lazily prepared: it's lower quality, smaller, and *not chopped*. A chopped salad needs to be *chopped*. It's a completely different product, lazily made.Also, the Lobster Tail is no longer grilled, but literally 'steamed' in a microwave (I understand this is a decision from Corporate).The rewards program is a joke now (points expire immediately). So many better options around the area. Only plus is the wait staff is awesome.

I ordered a porterhouse steak med well with a loaded bake potato and a salad on the side and it was delicious ? Cooked just the way I like it, and our sever was really nice !! 3-13-24

As we walked thru the door an employee told us they were short staffed and could we wait 5 min for them to clear tables. Ok, no problem. We were seated, placed out order and waited. 2 of the 3 meals were good. The bad one was completely messed up. He got the wrong kind of chicken and his steak was undercooked. We sent it back and he waited some more. Eventually, he got correct food but the rest of us were done so he had to get a box to go.
One of the servers stole my debit card information and tried to use it on a bunch of websites. Avoid if you want to keep your money.

I haven’t been to Outback in awhile but decided to take myself out to dinner one night and received the best service. My server’s name was Sheri,and she was so attentive and kind. I had a book with me and she allowed me to read and checked on me periodically just to make sure I was ok. The food was delicious,and Sheri made the experience that much sweeter. I will definitely be back.
