these workers are slow , i placed a mobile order for the t-mobile today girl bowl received a text stating my order was ready for pickup but once i told the workers my name they claimed my order wasn’t ready. i waited an additional 10 minutes for them to check for a third time. my food had been sitting on the pickup station for over 15 minutes. this place suck that’s why i barely come here. and one scoop of chicken for a two big scoops of rice isn’t proportioned

I’ve stopped here on three occasions within 30 days. First time lunch time grill broke no teriyaki chicken ok cool. Second time I’m not planning to visit again but guess what I did and still no teriyaki chicken. So tonight I’m coming home back across town I said let me try panda needless to say another epic fail could someone in management shine some light on this occurring problem at this store thanks!!!

Bad service, the girls who are serving wait for the sides of the line to run out. Today I had to wait for noodles because they had not realized that they no longer had them and further down the line is the chicken that I wanted and it was the same I had to wait, I ordered takeout and when I opened my bag of food they had not provided me with cutlery... I don't think I will return to that restaurant... bad service...

I usually have a good experience at this location, but today the guy who was scooping my food skimped big time on me. I upgraded to the black pepper steak for one of my entrees, and there was only 3 small pieces of steak in there!
This location is the absolute worst and forever give me a reminder why I avoid going here,we grabbed food here at 11:45 am almost lunch time this morning just to be served old food from the day before ,you would think they would make it a priority to serve fresh food at lunch on a busy Saturday nope this food was heavily reheated after being refrigerated,one taste and we both new this was old food and didn’t chance getting sick from it,y’all need to do better,also drive through attendant attitude was poor and was more focus on asking for donations which we never mind doing instead of providing quality service ,do not recommend going to this location and this morning was a great reminder why .

Unfortunately won’t be going back here,after years of not going here I tried to this morning at 11:40 am on December 23rd 2023 just to be given old food from the day before ,I was on the run and typically don’t eat out this early but chance it anyways and my god one fork from the plate and we both knew this was old food from the day before with the taste of it being reheated and the rice extremely dried out,come on now this is almost lunch hour and this what y’all serving,shame on y’all smh.

This location is the worst. Being that I’m vegan, I only get white rice and veggies as the entree’… however on top all I see is hard cabbage, no kale or broccoli in sight. So I asked the cashier to add more since I’m not eating meat didn’t seem like it would be a problem. She went ahead and added a few pieces of broccoli to each bowl but while doing so the manager was sitting in the lobby looking at her and just shaking his head. I looked at my husband and was like idk why he’s shaking his head bc the super greens was barely a serving size. After we get our food and leave, I see him pulling her to the side and saying something as if she did something wrong. Her customer service was wayyyy better than his to say the least bc if you noticed a problem why didn’t you step in and say something right then and there? So I call inside and asked to speak to the manager (while still sitting in the parking lot). I watch as he answers the phone and I told him that his worker did nothing wrong and idk why he gave her a speech bc it wasn’t needed. His response was if I have a problem I can come back and talk to him about it. I said no thanks bc if you had a problem with how your worker was resolving my issue, you could have said something right then and there vs waiting until we left. I’ve been going here for years and when he first started working there he was a decent person but not so much nowadays. I definitely won’t be going back. He definitely doesn’t know how to provide good customer service and teaching his workers the wrong way of handling things.

This particular location on midlothian is one of my favorites . The food was good ?, un happy to find out rhey no longer carry plum sauce . They have very limited condiment options, 1 sauce which is teriyaki . Customer service blah .... but overall it's worth a trip $10 bowl ? can't beat it ?
