Somebody tell me, why they only give you three pieces of meat and onions on a pile of rice for 10 dollars??? People, you have to boycott these places. As long as we don't do that, the prices will keep spiraling up due to corporate greed!

This was the first time I had ever been to a Panda Express and honestly i won’t be returning. The staff and the restaurant were very nice. But my order wasn’t ready when it said it would be and the food was not good. I got a sesame chicken bowl with half white rice and half chow mein and a spring roll order. My food was hot but it was not very flavorful and it left an off taste in my mouth.

Proportion is highly disappointing. I have a bowl full of white rice. Hardly any broccoli or beef (or whatever it truly is). Service was friendly and quick. Clean restaurant is always a plus.

Very pleasant experience. The service was good, but there was only 1 worker serving the food, and I thought she could have used more help. Not a big deal cause she was killing it despite a constant line of people.The food was delicious per usual for Panda Express.And the atmosphere was also pretty good.

Went on a Sunday. Jasmyne J had the worst personality. She didn’t greet us, nor did she thank us upon leaving/taking my money. You should not be working customer service if you are not trying to service the customers in a polite manner. Maybe you were having a bad day, but you should’ve kept the attitude at home! Your attitude cone for your customers. Don’t mess up someone else’s day, because you’re not having a good one!

Yes, I've had Panda Express many times but I've never had it while living in Richmond, nor from this location. Although they had great customer service, I wasn't happy with the quality of the food and the quantity. My order was small portions almost like a kids serving. This is particularly the reason why there's no photo with the review. The serving was so small that I ate a few bites and looked down to see it wasn't even enough food to take a quality picture.The quality of a lot of items was horrible. Food was looking over cooked and some items like the chicken teriyaki looked under cooked. Even while ordering they messed up on my order. I took a call but asked for half veggies and half chow mein and before I knew it, there was half fried rice and half chow mein on my plate. I didn't want to cause confusion so I kept it as it is. I tried the new Chili crispy-shrimp (it's spicy) and they were good except they were over cooked. The needs and broccoli was nice but the orange chicken didn't taste Stella.
