Bad customer service. I had 2 separate orders for me and my niece. I didn't realize my niece had a self serve drink, but once i got it i went back for my own order. Instead of the cashier asking what could she help me with she instead yells that I got everything for my niece.

I went in after a long day during my husband's surgery... The staff was friendly, very kind, my sandwich was fresh, quickly made and delicious... I had an excellent experience and it was much appreciated.

Ordered for pickup; they forgot one of the items (a 10.99 item, not something small). Not sure how to get a refund since I did it over google’s order feature…
I wasn’t expecting to pay $3.02 for a chocolate chip cookie . I should of gotten a cup of milk with it for that price. Furthermore the cashier was rude and unfriendly. If you gonna overpriced on your items at least have friendly customer service. The cashier didn’t greet me snatched my money from my hand. She literally tossed my change in my hand. Boy oh boy if I didn’t need my job.?

The Staff in this panera has been nothing but amazing. My son has been in the hospital for 2 weeks and every night the staff has been kind with excellent service and attitude. Specially the shift manager Abby she always greets me with a smile and by this point she already knows what I get. Her attention to details and care for her customer is what everyone working in customer service should aspire too. The staff as a whole take pride in their job and make sure the order is accurate and make it taste good. The only thing I would like better is the resupply on their menu because they run out of things late at night.

This location is within the VCU hospital, but that is still no excuse for what they are doing. Wrong food in my order and ridiculously priced. Unfortunately, the cafeteria closes and if you want food you're limited to this establishment. You would think they could do better for the doctors, nurses and patients' loved ones. I'll leave this here, before I go too much further down this rabbit hole. Word to the wise... If you're going to be at the VCU hospital in downtown Richmond after 5:00 pm, bring your own.
