$17 with tip for a tuna sandwich and chai. The chai tasted weird. The tuna was super wet and soggy in a ball in the middle of the bread. The bread itself was pretty good, but not enough to make the meal worth it.

I think the food is excellent for fast food, but I'm frustrated with the coffee service. I'm a member of the sip club but they are regularly out of coffee in the morning. The new policy of keeping the cups behind the counter is irritating as it slows down an already overworked staff. BTW I gave the service 3 stars because the staff are nice and hard working, but the service is slow because they are routinely understaffed.

Lately there’s no coffee ready on the self service containers, I actually had to wait several time to them to make coffee after that I went to put sugar and all the caddie were almost empty, then I have to come back to the register and ask for a lid because there was not lids either in the self service station! By last when I went to the trash can there was trash literally coming out from the table hole so I’m notice in many different ways how the service has been going down. It was a good location before here in short pump. Unfortunately not anymore .
Waited over 40 minutes, left without even getting our food because it looked disgusting behind the counter. Bathrooms were nasty. Total

I went here on 11/26/23 at appx. 7:20 am and the woman at the counter was disrespectful. I ordered 8 bagels sliced. She placed the bagels in the bag and gave them to me and I asked if they were sliced and she said do you want them sliced and i said that’s what i asked for before. She then proceeded to throw the bagels at the table and throw them into the slicer. Completely disappointed at this disrespectful behavior.Additionally, i was not told the cream cheese was extra, I assumed it came with the bagel. I asked for some more and was told it was $1.60 each for extras which i agreed to. At the end of this ordeal, before she sliced my bagels, she was going to charge me for the extra cream cheese. Upon slicing the bagels she hands me the bagels and says have a nice day in a rude tone. I asked her that didn’t she want to charge me for the extra cream cheese and she tells it’s in the house.

Recently visited this place for a quick lunch break one day. Even though this is a chain restaurant the staff was amazing, the food great, and the atmosphere was relaxing especially if you need to work or do school assignments using the Wi-Fi this is the place to go!
