So I saw a commercial this morning on television with a deal for 8.99 for a 1 topping large pizza. So because I loved Papa John's so much this is a wonderful deal. Now I had to do some shopping today where I could have gotten the same deal for $1.00 more I decided not to buy it. So I tried ordering this 1 topping large pizza for $8.99 and the person on the phone said that the deal ended last night. I explained to her that I just the commercial this morning and she said it ended last night. I asked her if they had any more deals but I didn't find them appealing. So I ended the phone call. I called the customer service number and I talked to someone for 20 minutes and that person told me after taking down all my information that someone will get back to me in 4 days. I don't want a pizza in 4 days. This company has the worst customer service ever. How hard is it to take care of a customer who saw something just that day than to have a unsatisfied customer.

I love papa john’s but this the second time that I’ve paid for half of my pizza to have toppings on it and they only put toppings on 2.5/8 slices. I pay for 4 slices to have toppings, I expect 4 slices to have toppings. Not 2 or 2.5 or 3…4 whole slices with toppings.

My pizza was delivered in such away that it was inedible. I have photos I can send. When I contacted the store to get a replacement or refund, I was told that I would need to bring the damaged pizza to the store as there were no drivers available to deliver a new pizza. I was also told I would not receive a refund for my $41 purchase. I explained that I couldn’t do that and asked if there was a manager that I could follow up with. I was told I was speaking to the manager; I asked if I could send a picture as proof and was asked to whom I would send it. I said, “well you. The manager.” And was told “not to my personal phone”. I find this level of customer service abhorrent. This is not the first time this location has messed up an order for me and wasted my money. I will not be coming to this location again and suggest you look into the poor management at that location and retrain or seek a new manager.

We got boneless wings that were basically just chicken nuggets with bbq sauce drizzled on top, which cost $25. We walked in the first time and hear this lady yelling at her employees, which is extremely inappropriate and rude to them. So naturally, after we notice the wings, we turn around to get a refund so we can go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead, the manager lady tried to gaslight us that the wings were supposed to look that way. I didn’t catch her name but she was really rude and combative about giving us a refund on the wings we ordered (just to be clear I didn’t go in there like a Karen, I was kind about it and did not “make a scene”) She let us take them with us anyways which confused me, as I didn’t walk in there intending to get free food, they just looked pretty gross and certainly not worth $25, and I did not want to eat them, nor did my friend or husband. As a food service manager I would NEVER:A: yell at the employees like thatB: serve someone the food that is pictured for $25.I would also like to note that I personally know two people who quit this location because of a terrible manager, not sure if it’s her, but thought that was worth noting.

Ordered the XL NY half pepperoni half cheese pizza for delivery. Barely any pepperoni, and all the cheese had slid to one side. The crust was also under cooked…by far the worst pizza from Papa John’s we have had. Definitely nothing like their pictures.

Mobile app said our order was delivered and it was not. Called the store and they admitted that the driver went to the wrong address. We heard nothing from them at all and when it finally got here, the food was cold. Almost 50$ for frozen pizza and garlic knots.

I always preferred another pizza chain to Papa John's, but that has changed over the last couple of years, and this location is always quick, polite, and helpful! That could be part of the reason why I've changed my opinion on which restaurant I prefer.

I've had it with this location and I'm tired of calling them to tell them about their mistakes.I placed an order through the app for a 7:45p pick-up. I showed up at 7:35p to check-in. I didn't expect the guy to turn around and grab my two pizzas off the shelf. When I pointed out to the guy that I'm 10 mins early and had I come on time my pizzas would just be dying on the shelf. To which he raised the pizzas way in the air, looked at the bottom of the boxes and said, "they should be fine."I just shook my head and walked out w/my pizzas because, well, you can't fix that.What's worse is when I got home the pizza was dead. The crust flat, cheese congealing and overall lukewarm. I suspect they made the pizza when the order came in (6:34p) and it was just dying on the shelf for nearly an hour.

I went to Papa Johns today as a Doordash Driver. When I went in to pick up the pizza and said who I was picking up for, the lady behind the register (looked like a manager) was extremely snarky and rude to me. She told me that I am the 4th person to come in asking for that order. How is that my fault? I tried to show her that I was the dasher and not lying but she didn't even bother to look at my phone. She simply did not care to resolve the issue that was clearly their fault. I called the customer on my doordash app to explain the issue and she was extremely sweet and told me that she appreciated me going the extra mile to try and figure out the miscommunication. She called Papa Johns to explain that I was the correct dasher and the employee was just as snarky to her and didn't even offer a refund or another pizza. It really is not that hard to make another cheese pizza. The customer service was absolutely horrendous today and not acceptable.
