I love Papa John's Pizza! For a chain restaurant, especially fast food type, it is the best! On this day I was picking up four extra large pizzas for a church event. I think it took me longer to order them over the phone then it did for them to make them! They had all for them made in under 15 minutes!

I felt very satisfied with how the staff treated me upon picking up my pizza. They were obviously getting a lot of orders in but still were attentive and friendly! Great job. And the pizza was delicious;)

Ordered a pizza two days ago with toppings on half of the pizza. The majority of the toppings were on one slice of the pizza. Tell your employees if they don't like their job to go somewhere else and work. But if they are going to stay there than please take pride in what they do and do it properly.

it was fantastic experience I made a call up there and received the best customer service known to man brought a tear to my eye as the guy was very real you know, explanation was very straight to the point. We need more customer service like this and the sausage pizza with the wings. Damn, near had me go and turn myself in to the police.
Would love to give a ZERO star. 1. they delivered incorrect order. 2. watched driver via app drive by subdivision to delivery diff order, then drive back to my house....unbelievably odd.Called manager to get order straight. He said he wasn't going to help be b/c I cuzed....really. soft?Never took ownership of either mistake. Pizza cold and didn't eat nuggets.Now have to go thru Credit Card company to protest charge.TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I don't know why mom doesn't order pizza from papa johns, but with the garlic sauce cup and the option of stuffed crust, she was out of town my brother and I ordered some. The Philly cheesesteak pizza arrived quickly, and it was delicious!

Extremely disappointed. We got a NY style pizza. It was delicious until we got to the hairs baked into the pizza. Living on a fixed income in these high inflationary times it is a SPLURGE for us to get pizza, especially the expensive NY style. We will stick with Italian restaurant pizza in the future. This was a disgusting experience. Delivery was very fast and the driver was very friendly but that is not reason to order any further food from Papa Johns.

I order 2 pizza original crust, didn’t realize until after I got home that both pizzas were thin crust.
