Great Ambience and Good Food We were very excited to be trying this new restaurant that was recommended to us by a close friend and decided to go there for some margaritas before going to see the Chelsea Handler show downtown. Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed. While they do offer a huge selection of different kinds of margaritas, they were a little lacking at times or had a funny after taste. I think it might've been because they were using flavored Tequila (coconut I think) which could be the culprit. Their spicy margaritas were really delicious however, I recommend the spicy pineapple! We ordered some appetizers and entrees which were all really delicious! The seafood ceviche tower was huge and very, very tasty. The nachos and tacos were all very yummy as well. The other aspect that was a little disappointing was our server. She was very inattentive to us, especially at the beginning when our party was arriving. There were maybe four other people in the restaurant and she was over in the corner on her phone and completely ignored us for about 10 minutes until one of us went over there get here attention. When she came over to get our order, she seemed very "put out" as if we were annoying her to be ordering drinks and food. We didn't say anything to the manager because we didn't want to get her in trouble but just wanted the establishment to be aware. Overall though, it worth a visit!

I went here for dinner with my friends and partner. They all really enjoyed their food, but I personally didn't agree. I ordered tacos since I think you can really judge a Mexican restaurant based on tacos - they're such a simple and delicious meal! I found that the tacos were just average. It was also incredibly loud inside, which made it difficult to have a conversation and catch up with friends. The reason, however, that I am only giving Pancho's 2 stars is because of their disregard for my allergy. I communicated with several different servers in the restaurant to confirm that I could have a margarita made with no cross contamination with grapefruit since I am highly allergic. The first two people I spoke to weren't able to answer my question, so the woman working behind the bar came out to speak to me and reassured me that they could make a lime margarita without any cross contamination. The next thing I know, the server brings back a margarita garnished with grapefruit. Thankfully I didn't even touch the glass and immediately asked for it to be remade, reiterating that I am allergic to grapefruit and can not have cross contamination. They did remake the drink, but I just cannot give a good review to a restaurant that doesn't take allergies seriously. I don't think I would return because I'd be worried about having an allergic reaction. UPDATE re: owner's response to my review - Most people understand that life gets busy; sometimes I have to catch up on reviews later, so yes, this experience was in March, but that doesn't preclude me from sharing my experience. Most reviews I write are generally positive. I simply did not have a positive experience at this restaurant, and I don't appreciate such an unprofessional response from the owner.

The atmosphere is cute and the staff were very friendly. The chips and salsa were good. I got the vegetable tacos and I was very pleased! Their refried beans and rice were what I was really looking forward to and they were delicious! Would definitely go back.

I'll start by saying I've never given 1 star to any of the restaurants I've dined. Pancho's is getting one simply because we didn't get served so nothing to rate. We came in around 815ish to get a late night quick meal. They advertised Taco Tuesday with decent reviews so why not, right? We walk in, not too busy, a guy approached and asked how many and we said three so he sat us at the nearest table. There were some folks at the bar and a large party of about 7 directly across from us. A few others just behind them and a few more folks further back and empty tables along the wall. Rule of thumb is if a spot is super busy I allow time to get greeted and at least take a drink order, I don't mind waiting. But we sat about 15 mins and no one showed up. No water or I'll be right with you....nothing. The guy who sat us was busy wrapping up the tickets for the two tables across from us, neither of which seemed to be in a hurry to leave, looks like they all had a nice evening actually. It was hard to tell outside of him who actually worked there but we did see another lady but after she dropped food off at the bar I didn't see her again. We waited another few minutes and decided to leave. Hopefully it was an one off type situation but first impressions weigh heavy these days.

Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience here. My husband found this place and decided to take me here to day drink for my birthday (4/13) and it wasn't the best. He took me here specifically for the tequila flight and waitress told us she didn't have enough tequila for it. So I ended up ordering a Mai tai, she handed it to me and it was pink. Mai tais are not pink? It was so sweet I couldn't drink it. My husband ordered the lazy Paloma. HORRIBLE. Neither one of us finished our drinks. Food was decent. But nothing special. Environment was unwelcoming, really felt like it was time to go. Tip already included for just TWO ppl who ordered two drinks and a taquito appetizer. For two drinks, an appetizer came out to over 50 bucks. We left and went to the sidewalk bar a few feet away and had a great time. Honestly, if the waitress was friendlier and more open we probably would've had a better experience, but at this point I would not recommend

Had to try the quesabirria tacos and the street corn. I did doordash so my tacos were kinda sweaty lol. After a reheat they were delicious. Definitely gonna try them in the restaurant.

Happy hour Good margs and solid food, very small space though so either go early or call ahead

Loved this place. Went for dinner with a coworker on Thirsty Thursday. Their cocktails are delicious!

Food is mediocre but the main reason for this rating is the freakin music is WAY TOO LOUD

I noticed this new(ish) restaurant while driving down Main St. My husband and I decided to give it a free for lunch during the week. We arrived at noon (opening time) and the door was locked and chairs were stacked on the tables. We were about to walk away when someone opened the door and explained they were getting ready to open up. We were welcomed in and waited a few minutes for her to set things up. The place is beautifully decorated inside... I especially loved the bar area. We ordered the chips and salsa which were among the best I've ever had. They make the chips fresh as they are ordered! I had the veggie burrito and my husband had the veggie quesadilla. My burrito was good but nothing special about it. My husbands quesadilla, on the other hand, was delicious! The friendly service, the fresh chips and salsa and that quesadilla will be reason for me to return very soon!

Everything was amazing and the service was perfect! The drinks were all perfect. Definitely a good experience.

Tres reasons why I love it here - tacos, margarita flights, and salsa music. The flavor profile of the food matches the vibrancy of the music playing in the background. I recommend the queso dip, create your own taco platter, and salmon. When visiting here give yourself enough time to find street parking.

Came here for Thirsty Thursdays. Had a great time with my gang and food was tasty. Flights were nice and strong for $9. Buritto was full of steak. Service was ok. Place is small, so get there early.

I always drove past this place and decided to give it a try! It's very small in the inside but the staff was pretty stellar. The dining industry isn't the same after COVID so I think it's fair to shift expectation. But, there were only 2-3 servers holding it down in here on a Friday night and while they were moving fast, they were very attentive! We started with some salsa and chips, awesome salsa!! I ordered the Chicken Barrio and a Passion Fruit margarita! Omg, the margarita was AMAZING!! I do plan to return for that or some other happy hour drinks. My burrito was so huge, I couldn't eat it all in one sitting. But, I probably would try something else, it wasn't anything special about the taste. But, I really like the drinks and the atmosphere, I'd definitely try again!

Came here this past Saturday, was out for a friend's birthday. Very very small inside, we had a party of 6. Their tables are built for 4, so we waited (not too long, 15-20mins) until they could find a space to accommodate our party. Waitress was very nice and made sure to greet and check in on us as we waited for our table. We all ordered the Margarita flight ($15), came with 3 different frozen margs house lime, mango guava, and pineapple something I think was the other. The mango guava seems to be everyone's favorite of the 3, but the were all pretty good. I ordered a chicken taco and a side of queso. The taco was so good I decided to order another, and the queso was amazingggg. I love that the chicken on the tacos was the grilled fajita type and not pulled/shredded. Well-seasoned and tasty. One of my friends got the nachos, hugeee and she said they were delicious. Another ordered the trio shrimp tacos, said they were good as well. Definitely going back. Would like to try some of their other mixed drinks, salmon tacos and elote
