My pizza wasn't all the way done gross never again. I don't understand. How you can't cook a pizza

There customer service is always A! I LOVE their pizza, the crust is light and the sauce is made just right! There bartenders are friendly and heavy on the pour for your money! The ambience us cool and the restaurant is in a nice location in shockoe bottom! I would recommend trying there by yourself or with a group of friends!

I have ordered from here twice. First time was alright. It was a busy holiday weekend and the pizza and service was good, parking sucked. The second time was the opposite, slow day I was 1 or 3 people in there eating. I ordered ahead for pick up was told 10-15 mins on the phone. When I got there 15 mins later my order wasn’t even started and the cook was sitting down smoking hookah and watching the basketball games. I had to wait an additional 10 mins for my food for it to come out rushed and not how I ordered. For the food to be mediocre at best you’d think service would be good but it’s not.
Went there for the first time for my fiancé's birthday & we LOVED the pizza! I usually don't even eat Greek food but we ordered the Greek pizza & OMG I was blown away it was so delicious! I like pizza as much as the next person but my fiance loves pizza & he said it's a 10/10! We also ordered the margarita pitcher & some other appetizers they were okay but the pizza! So good! Hunter was also amazing at customer service he was so nice & helpful while we were there I only want to go back when he is there! You should definitely try this place out if you haven't been here before! Keep in mind they have hookah here if you have kids or don't like hookah!

I was in the mood for pizza and stopped in. It was a lot going and not in a good way. They had one person running the register and one in the back who was extremely overwhelmed. Some guy who I assume was the owners son, came in completely drunk and went behind the bar and started making drinks for his friends. The owner who was making pizza was doing everything but wash his hands. I'm still not sure if he washed his hands after making my pizza that came out completely burnt. We will probably not come back.

The biggest thing this place has going for it are, simply put, it's vibes. It's a great open space with TVs, incredibly friendly staff, and plenty of seating and fun events throughout the week. There's great outdoor seating as well. The staff have always been great to us, once on a cold day bringing over a personal space heater for our table! The owners are often there as well, and really wonderful to talk to. Pro-tip: ask for their homemade garlic butter on the side. Elevates the food immensely, and it's so good. The pizza is decent, it's cooked in front of you in a great oven and you know it's fresh. My favorite thing on the menu is the garlic cheesy bread, which is actually more like a white pizza. I've also enjoyed the desserts here, their chocolate chip cheesecake is super creamy. It's a good neighborhood bar, it's really friendly, and hookah is $25 if that's your thing. Good spot in the area.

Pizzas were undercooked but crust was charred. Toppings were raw. One of our pizzas was actually ripped a just pieced together in the box. App alerted us the order was ready and when we arrived, there was an additional 30 minute wait…for raw pizza. Don’t waste your money, far better spots in this area.

Possibly the worst food I’ve had in Richmond. The wings have a weird freezer burn taste; and the pizza is always floppy and doughy - doesn’t taste any better than Little Caesars.
