Pizza ? hut as well as Papa Jhon's are my favorites but I could hear how the cashier was murmuring to the people in the back because I had asked her some questions, there is no ethics if you are going to speak badly about the customer, at least keep your voice down

This location has a restroom in the lobby that “isn’t unlocked for customers.” Customers can literally see the restroom while waiting for the food they paid for, so to deny access is completely disrespectful/unacceptable.

If possible for this review to exist with NEGATIVE stars, it would.Ordered carryout for TWO Big New Yorkers - one cheese, one pepperoni, with very little wait time for carryout. I arrive to the store, with my two hungry young children, and was presented with TWO cheese pizzas.I tell the cashier one was supposed to be cheese, which resulted in him rolling his eyes at me while he looked over my receipt (probably because another patron in the lobby was waiting on his messed up order to be remade)..... and says it'll be about 20 minutes for a remake..... Which was longer than my initial carryout time for two pizzas.Nonetheless, my kids and I wait while our one pizza is getting colder, so our pepperoni and extra cheese pizza can be remade. Not that complicated, right?Now that my cheese pizza is cooled off and hardening, I collect my pepperoni pizza and return home.NOT ONE SINGLE apology for the delay or inconvenience of my order being made incorrectly was spoken. Not one. No 'thank you for your patience' no offer of remaking my cheese pizza so GOD FORBID BOTH of my pizzas could be hot for dinner, none of that. Nothing.Well, my son starts eating the pepperoni when we get home and said it tasted different..... so only now do I see that it is NOT the Big New Yorker with pepperoni and extra cheese, as I ordered and paid for, its just a basic large pepperoni without extra cheese or anything.At that point, my kids were starving and I was done.THE NEXT DAY I called the store to advise the manager of what happened and how the situation was handled, to which she responded "well, I can give you a $10 store credit for the issues you encountered".What about the pizza I paid for that still hasn't been properly produced, I ask? SURELY IF the manager is going to offer a store credit, it should be for the value of the ENTIRE botched pizza, right?EVIDENTLY NOT - when I asked about being credited for the entire value of my pizza, NOT A REFUND, but a store credit for this mishap of pepperoni and cheese, I'M TOLD THAT I NEED TO BRING IN HALF OF THE INCORRECT PIZZA TO THE STORE FOR CREDIT!??!SERIOUSLY?! FRANKLY, I took pizza hut off my list a LONG time ago because it's pricey and average pizza, at BEST, but my son picked this out for a special family dinner treat, so I allowed it.Never again. My next review and phone call will be directed to the corporate office and whoever is responsible for training this establishment on how to handle these situations. Good grief.Better off with Domino's or Papa John's. Don't waste your time here.

about an hour after the estimated delivery time, i tried calling to see what was up and to possibly cancel the order so we can go get something else to eat and not waste a delivery driver's time. no one is picking up and delivery line is outsourced so they couldn't help me. then 45 mins after that i get a text message that a doordasher is delivering my order in about an hour. at this point i don't even want it anymore and was told to call the store if i want to cancel (surprise, no one is picking up). like what kind of pizza place has no one answering the phones?awful experience :(

Put an order in at 7:48pm with delivery at 9:05pm. At 10pm still nothing. Called them. Was put on hold for 15 min. Hang up. My husband went over there to cancel an order. While he was standing in line I called again. It’s 10:21pm. I’m on hold again for 7 min now. We don’t need pizza at 10:30 at night!

Horrible service. Never got my order. Never get to talk over the phone to find out what is going on with an order. 2 ,5 hours later my husband went over to cancel the order. Person who works there didn’t even hesitate, didn’t apologize, NOTHING!!!! All he said, I got you. No, you do not! You kept me on hold on a phone for more than 30min and never even attempted to talk to me.
