Ordered today for the first time. Website said delivered at 21:11 called and was put on hold until the pizza showed up at 21:19. Still on hold by then. I don’t like tipping before service is rendered. Don’t do business here. Wanted something in a pinch. Good luck

I just wanted to acknowledge your employee "Khadija" I just picked up an order with My toddler and the store was extremely busy and packed with people waiting on their orders and placing orders. Khadija was so attentive and kind as she greeted everyone, making sure they were helped and going back to check if food had came out. It was so busy but yet through the chaos she was so nice to everyone and when my order was up she asked me to check my order to confirm everything was correct and looked good. Thank you so much Khadija, you are so professional and sweet!!!!!

47 dollars for 4 Chicken Alfredo Pastas and cheese sticks and they almost didn’t give us our cheese sticks and we dig into nothing but cheese covered noodles, non existent sauce on all 4, my wife is in tears because we never eat here and she loves their Alfredo and was so excited to have it for the first time in over a year just for it to be plain noodles with cheese melted on top. NEVER GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT.Better service and better QUALITY can be found at Little Ceasers down the street

I can’t say enough good things about this location and the family that owns and operates it. They are just amazing. My food is always accurately prepared and fresh. When they were out of an ingredient the owner personally called me immediately and offered alternatives. The delivery is always fast and friendly. Sometime you need a Pizza Hut pan pizza to hit the spot! The restaurant is clean and decorated when I go in person to pick up. Everyone is nice and efficient! And I really hope they continue to grow and do well in our community.

Pizza's were very good and hot! Customer Service was the best since I have been going there. That young man is a keeper!
After being on hold 15 minutes after being hung up or disconnected immediatly on first call, on hold 8 min On second call, and had to answer incoming call, and then getting a person who then put me in hold for 7 mins, I called bottoms up pizza that took my call on 2nd ring and was able to place my order. Delivery time was quoted at 1 hr which is usually 30 mins. The person who answered the phone said we are busy hold please.

If I could give no stars I would! Ordered from here last week and they forgot my 2Ltr and Cinnamon Sticks. So I was advised I’d receive a $5 credit in addition to my 2 Ltr and cinnamon sticks. Tonight I decided to redeem my credit and ordered a pizza. My husband arrived and had to wait on the order because it was still “in the oven”. We literally live 5 min away. He arrived and the pizza was cold. I contacted them for corporate number and they told me I’d have to look it up online myself. This place is the worst! Never again!
