I have seen this place thousands of times but never tried it. Went in today (Monday), very tight fit!! open the door and you have 1 foot to the 6 bar seats. Ordered a simple bacon cheeseburger and fries. Cheeseburger: meat tasted wierd, bacon had no flavor, bread was hard and stale as cardboard. Not good in any way. Fries were obviously overcooked in old fryer oil. Hey! It's Monday. Put some freaking new oil in the deep fryer!! Dropped over $13 on this lunch. I don't know who is submitting all the glowing reviews but they are flat-out lying to you. Do yourself a favor and if you want a good burger, try someplace else. ANY place else!!

First-time diners, stopped in around noon for a Monster Junk Yard Dog and a Bologna Burger. This is CLASSIC diner (& breakfast!) joint fare with really generous portions (Never seen a bologna burger that thick, EVER). The owners are good folks and the decor is astounding. Stopping back for breakfast sometime soon!
