Love, Love, Love this place. The rotating menu is divine and takes me out of my comfort zone in a good way. They have a cornbread flavor that is simply amazing. I always get a sundae, but the ice cream is amazing on its own. Whenever I'm in the RVA area, I am sure to stop by and get a scoop.❤️
If you come to Richmond and don't stop by Ruby Scoops while you're here, you're doing yourself a disservice. There is a reason that this is one of the best ice cream places in Richmond! Always fresh and interesting flavors in a nostalgic spot in a historic Richmond neighborhood!
