Decided to try this place because I wanted some pizza....I should have read reviews instead of going by the stars... The people working inside are very nice with great customer service. However, the cheese pizza and meat pizza I got was horrible..I honestly don't see how they received this many stars.. If your from NJ or NY, or even Philly you do not want this pizza you will be disappointed.. If you like store bought pizza in the oven then this is for you..Sams Club Pizza that I tried was better. The two stars is because of the customer service.

Been meaning to try this place for quite awhile, I passed it every time I head over to Fin and Feather. Decided to grab a couple pizzas this evening to bring home to the family. Very small place there's no dining inside just a couple chairs to sit and wait for your order but I would recommend if it's hot to sit outside because it was like a sauna in there. The staff was super friendly. I had a young lady come help me with my order and she told me what specials they had. So I'm actually kind of sad that I have to give them such a low rating but I ordered a beef, bacon and mushroom pizza and the beef was rotten. After my first couple bites I could taste that the beef was Sour. I picked a couple pieces of the beef off and sniffed and the smell was offensive. The cheese and pepperoni pizza we're fine. I'm hoping that we don't end up getting sick. Like I said other than that everything else was okay. I waited in my car with a little bit of AC since it was pretty hot and they brought the pizzas out to me and put them in my back seat which was very nice. I don't know if this is a fluke oh, but I doubt I would give them another chance, spoiled meat is a pretty big deal and I don't want to have to taste or sniff check.

Best pizza that is quality!! REAL CHEESE!! Top of the line toppings even have substitute meats for those who have religious or strict diets. Like any other place they are having a hard time with staffing so they may not get EVERY order right or the orders may get mixed up time to time. People need to understand that it is human to make mistakes and there is nothing wrong with that. As long as they go out of there way to correct it and apologize there is no need for the backlash it’s immature and more so misplaced anger. I will continue to order from here because good quality food is hard to come by unless your mamas cooking it ‼️??

We will not be ordering from Pizza Republic again and for the person who ordered the olive pizza,cheese pizza, and breadsticks- it was opened in our home TOUCHED and then returned to the shop - to be given to you. Disgusting. They blamed Slice but whoever was at the window argued with my husband and I heard them over the phone about an order that was not our mistake. They also said they needed the pizza to be handed out. We have spent so much money at this pizza place and never again! I will be telling all my friends in the Lakeside area never to order here!

This pizza hits the spot when you don't want pizza from a chain and you don't want New York style. I enjoyed it and we usually would get their cookies to go with, which are very good. The reason I give it so few stars is for the service. A few months ago we ordered through their website (like we had done many times before) and when I went to pick it up they said they didn't have the order and that their system was down. We don't live far away and were in no hurry so I said no problem and placed my order again and then came back later. A few weeks later my mom placed a large order through the website and had the same problem. But she even called and they directed her to the website to place her order. When I went to pick it up for her they said they had no record of her order and again that their systems had been acting up. The employee did not show remorse or know of how to get the refund as we could not wait another hour+ for the order. I have since heard from others that they had similar experiences. I know things like this will happen from time to time and try to give grace especially knowing that they are short staffed but this issue has happened one two many times for us to keep trying and without a good customer service response.

Very disappointing decline. Used to be our very favorite…for years, back to the Sarj Pepper days. We even moved but still came back for the pizza. But now…how can take-out pizza even be this inedible? Crust tasted sour…and not in a good yeasty way…sauce sweet and heavy on one pizza…nonexistent on the other. What used to set these pizzas apart was flavorful, fresh ingredients. What we got last night was chillingly terrible. Less good than Little Caesars, and not even as good as 7-11. Will try once more, but are very cautious since these last pizzas were so awful. This was probably the first time in my life I have ever said no to eating more.
The pizza I purchased last evening had a different crust than usual. The sauce was different as well. Though my family didn’t enjoy it as much, we will continue to frequent Pizza Republic and this is why. When I picked up my pizza at the window, the gentleman waiting on me went back to get my sauce and returns with the sauce and a bottle of water. As he gave me the water, he said, “You look really tired. I hope you have a better evening.” He was right, I was exhausted. He saw me and extended kindness when I really needed it. That’s what I want in a neighborhood business. Thank you Pizza Republic!

This pizza joint will give you such a mixture of unpleasant feelings. First of all, there is no hate for small establishments, but why are the windows covered up with flattened pizza boxes? It honestly gives the customer some hesitation to come in bc it looks sketch. Secondly, upon entering, I had asked about any specials going on... The employees tried to sell my family a pizza that was made earlier at a "discounted price." It was slightly insulting how pushy they were about this old pizza, I had no interest in it. Almost made me feel like they didn't want to make a new pizza ?

Cheese fries were soggy and some of the potatoes were not fully cooked. The pizza was very much bland. The crust taste like cardboard. Can we bring back Sgt Peppers with the original cooks
