First of all everything was spectacular. Everything thing we ate was packed with flavor and we didn’t feel guilty after eating. Fresh food done well, and the mission behind owner Michelle’s why took us over the top. You have to support this business in the heart of Church Hill.
It's been a while since i went into an establishment and ate their food got full yet didn't leave feeling Bloated or heavy. Chai seeds was in my smoothie the On vacation. Def recommend it to anyone if it comes up in your search.
Soul N' Vinegar catered an event on our college campus and they were fantastic! The food was delicious, well presented, and dietary information was well displayed. Michelle (and Mary!) were pleasures to work with and their arrival was very prompt and professional. I would recommend Soul N' Vinegar for your catering needs!

Best falafel I’ve ever had!!! It’s crunchy on the outside and moist and flavorful on the inside. I get the falafel wrap add feta. Coffee is also awesome. My boyfriend loves the Thai iced coffee and the dirty chai, and we both love their black coffee too. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere, lots of plants and natural lighting. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great place for a date, to recover from a hangover, to study or get work done.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options all across the venue, and all delicious
I think they actually started with whole chicken parts because I encountered some bones or maybe gristle. However, this is phenomenal in my opinion because the chicken was flavorful, tender and moist. The bread is good but will fall apart so don't eat and drive with this sandwich. The cilantro sauce is noticeable but doesn't overwhelm the sandwich .My only suggestion to the establishment is to mention that because you are using chicken from chicken parts that the patron may encounter a bone or gristle.

So happy to have this place in the neighborhood! Fresh, reliable options for lunch or dinner to go. I've been to events that they've catered too and they always put out an impressive spread. Lucky to have them!

This was my first time visiting and the customer service, food and atmosphere was OUTSTANDING!!!Dietary restrictions: The menu have very good options for those, like me, who have to watch my sodium, cholesterol and saturated fats. Delicious vegan choices and the portions are very good.Parking: There's free street parking in front of the restaurant as well as the entire block as well as on the surrounding streets.Kid-friendliness: On the menu they off a "build your bowl" so may select non-vegan, vegetarian such as chicken for the kids.Wheelchair accessibility: The tables, isle and restroom is wide for wheelchair accessibility.

Delicious! The falafel bowl was full of flavor. Beets, pickled onions, perfectly cooked basmati rice, hummus, cucumber, and three crunchy tasty falafel patties. I was full half way through- but it was so good (scraped the bowl lol). It was cozy and warm in there. It smelled like banana bread was baking. It was rainy and cold outside. The other patrons and staff were friendly. You should go. :)
