1) The drive thru took 20 mins with only 6 cars in front of me.2) I asked for a banana walnut loaf NOT warmed. They gave me 1 warmed and I asked for a new one. The girl made me wait another 3-4 mins just to hand me another warmed loaf. I just ended up driving off bc I was not going to be late for work because this store cannot handle being busy or even listen to a simple request. Ridiculous!

So disappointed. Got an iced white mocha with an extra pump white mocha. They put so much ice in it it watered down the drink and it was gross. Definitely won't go back to this

Very excellent and convenient location. This is my go-to Starbucks when in Richmond on business. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The inside is very clean and the ambiance is typical suburban Starbucks. For the high amount of traffic it receives I'm surprised how well they keep pace. I'd say their coffees and sandwiches are well on par with what you'd expect from any good location. Their online ordering pick-up is very fast as well. Ample parking. Highly recommended.

This location actually had the Petite vanilla bean scones in stock for my visit. I can never seem to catch them at other locations. Everyone I encountered was friendly and the other customers seemed very relaxed and doing their work or meetings.

It's not my go-to coffee brand, but I've been here a few times because of the convenient location. It's always busy in the drive thru, but I've gotten relatively quick service by going into the store and ordering at the counter. The employees are patient and very hard working, juggling in person and mobile orders at the same time. They are also very generous with mix ins, which is good or bad depending on how sweet you want your drink. I got a mocha iced coffee on my last trip and I couldn't taste the coffee at all, there was more than an inch of chocolate syrup sitting in the bottom of the cup. I wasn't a fan, but I know some people would love that. The space is clean and well lit, although a bit narrow if people are sitting at the tables and also standing at the counter.

This Starbucks location was busy both inside the store and drive-through, which really isn't surprising considering it was before 8 o'clock in the morning. However, what was very surprising was the staff is more of an older employee versus the more college age staff that you would normally see in a Starbucks location. Extremely welcoming, extremely friendly, very helpful, smiling nose their regular patrons. It was absolutely enjoyable to be in this location and see the way that the staff interacted with their regular patrons and the new people that came in.even the patrons that were sitting around in the café were older group of people, both socializing and working very surprising, but it wasn't enjoyable experience overall
