This is a great location. The service is always friendly and fast, drive thru or pick up inside. I don't know where they find employees that work this hard, but they are almost always busy when I visit and the staff is always killing it!Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, but I love the impossible breakfast sandwich!

One of the employees said she would be right with me but someone else had to end up helping me however there was someone behind me in line that she decided she was going to help. She also made my food and did not call out my name so I was just sitting and waiting for my food. I decided to go and check to see if my food was placed in pick up section and it was . That same women had placed my food over there without call a name. So my food was cold by time I got it

Every single employee has an attitude over everything! They all look like they’re forced to work there and everything is an inconvenience like asking for something as simple as a cup holder! They had the cup holders next to the pickup area so I picked one up and one of the employees who was just standing around ran over flustered and said I shouldn’t touch them and should ask. Meanwhile they’re holding the drinks from the top with their bare hands. Disgusted, annoyed and will never return!

Love the food and service! Kenny, Devon, and team are the best! The restaurant looks more like a hospital than a cafe, and it is unfortunate that Starbucks is designing and building all of its stores this way now. But the food and people are top-notch, so that makes up for the fact that Starbucks has done away with the “3rd place” concept.

I’m tired of them forgetting extra items I paid for out of my order. I go through the drive thru on my break and when I get back to work I noticed I didn’t get the extra caramel sauce I paid for. This has happened twice in less than a month.
