I popped in today for a beverage. I ordered it and waited almost 15 minutes for my drink. Nothing. One of the staff finally asked what I was waiting for; at that moment, I said, "Just give me my refund." Even in that moment, they weren't in the process of making it. Terrible service.

I just went through drive through and got a couple drinks. The drive through line off the street and the exit from onto the one way street are kinda tight. Service was good but was not asked if I'd like my receipt by the window trainee. I would have liked it.

This one is my very favorite Starbucks location because of the kindness and personable attitude of the staff. They are always incredibly nice and make an effort. The day I got married I had a brief conversation with the barista through the drive-thru speaker, mentioned I was getting married that afternoon, and he was genuinely so excited for me it warmed my heart - and my coffee was on the house that morning! Little touches like that makes you really want to go back again and again. Seriously, great location!

Always an exceptional customer service experience here. The baristas are always warm, kind, and diligent. If there is ever a mistake with my order, they are quick to make it right. Though there is construction under way next door, the interior environment is clean and peaceful for work, meetings, or relaxation.

call beforehand about your online orders, If you cannot order it online, a lot of the times you could order it in store.Parking: They is plenty available but the restaurants in the area sometimes takes up the parking.

This is usually my go-to starbucks just because it is closest to my house. It is pretty inconsistent though. My tea is often too strong which isn't a problem taste-wise but I can't drink as much of it as I'd like because of the caffeine. They are also usually out of half of the menu by the end of the week which can be frustrating (is it hard to just order more items?) About half of the time, the workers are super nice & efficient but the other half of the time they can be incredibly rude. Today, the worker who took my order was joking around & making his voice go higher and lower which i'm sure he thought was hilarious. The only problem I had with this was that he had rung up an item for me & then failed to deliver it at the window telling me "it wasn't rung in because {he}didn't hear {me} & they are out of it anyway". But, i saw it rung in on the screen & was told a total about 4$ higher than i ended up paying so obviously that wasn't true. It's not a huge inconvenience but how are you gonna mess up because you're screwing around & then lie to my face? Weird. If i'm paying a 400% markup for tea, it would be nice if the employees just took it slightly seriously.

The team worked well 2gether. Location tidy & organized. Cashier friendly & patient. Sandwich ? was yummy, but am I the only person who still wants jelly on my Sandwich, they don't offer it, so keep a few in your vehicle stash. Restrooms ? were clean & well stocked. ♿️ ramp available. Drive-thru available
