Blonde lady with the pony tail lacks customer service. Absolutely disrespectful and racist. I brought to her attention that my ice chai tasted like just milk. Instead of helping she said “ you know ice chai is just milk and chai”. You failed to understand that some people actually spend their money consuming iced chai a few times a day so to treat your customer as ignorant people and argue with them and refuse to help is a disservice to the name of the company you’re representing. You lack customer service and it’s disgusting to be served by someone who dislike customer service. You ruined my experience with your coffee shop with your disrespectful and argumentative attitude. Your co-workers remade the chai tea after you’ve refused to help me but it’s too late. The damage is done. I hope management gets rid of this woman. I can only imagine how many other customer she’s disrespected. You do not belong in the service industry, your service is a disgrace for those who work hard around you. Pure laziness!

I love this cute cafe!! I've now been there twice for coffee and while I have had to wait a bit, I've been really happy with my experiences there. I have gotten the iced peppermint mocha both times and it was perfect. The breakfast burrito was so flavorful and filling that it was more than worth the $7 price tag. I've also had a bagel and blue berry muffin and they were lovely. Excited to live pretty close to there and stop in to do work one afternoon at a table or catch up with a friend there.

Great little breakfast spot! Only disappointment I have is when I’ve ordered a bagel with cream cheese AND strawberry jam (¢50 up charge) they’ve forgotten to put the strawberry jam on every-time. (At least 3 times now). Otherwise the coffee and smoothies are amazing!

I've been going to stir crazy for 15 years, I live in the neighborhood. It's gotten more crowded and busy with the recent sale. Good for the owner, bad for us who you loved the charm.I recently started ordering online because they're too busy. Today I did the same, showed up, waited over 15 minutes, finally asked where mine was, they said it never went through. Rather than say "let us make one for you real quick", they said I'm sorry, turned around and continued working other orders. This was disappointing, especially since they know me. I'm guessing this is because it's become so busy, it's lost its personal touch and charm.

Our lunch was catered by them and the sandwiches and salad were yummy. I’m looking forward to go to the actual cafe next time I visit Richmond. Try the chicken salad! ?

Stir crazy is a cute and simple coffee shop in Bellevue. They have great prices and delicious food. My favorite is the country ham biscuit with cheddar and apple butter. It is the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had and I say it with my hands down. :) They make their own biscuits and they are soooo good. Never dry. Even my bf who is a picky eater and says all biscuits are dry agreed that it was delicious. The coffee is also tasty! I love that you can still find places with actually good food that don't charge an arm and a leg and make their delicious options available to more people. That's how it should be. If you've never been, go, you won't be disappointed. p.s. the staff is also very nice and friendly.
