Ima be honest!.!.as a chef if 24 years and a traveler my First thought I had while walking down the urban streets of Richmond in search of the highly spoken of cheesesteak house was,man...this reminds me of Philly a place I know all to well, being my family bleeds green. Cheesesteaks in Philly are more than just one thing one way! Pats and Genos really put a name and style on the map for the "cheesesteak", when really..... you ask any of the old Philly natives and I bet none of them eat at any of those two well done establishments with more of a name and (long)experience with small portion than a high end result. What they will tell you is that a cheesesteak is supposed to be huuuge and on the right bread and mountains of meat and wiz or provolone or cherry peppers or hot crushed pepper spread aka hoagie spread, some some "wiz"some "wit" mayo or no?! My point is that this company is doing it right!!! I loved the whole feel of Philly that I desire so much! the sides and the ability to add anything I would add if I were at Lees hoagie house in Philly is satisfying. Thanks guys it was worth the hike to get to y'all, keep those portions fat and hell yes to the bean pies and ima get some of those cookies whaaaattt?!? Just go and see Much Love Chef t

The food is excellent and the owner entertaining. Perfect for sporting events because the portions are huge and full of flavor! Only Salmon cheesesteak in RVA I know of.

The girl who works at the front counter needs to get a better attitude. She don't have any customer service. Food is great but her attitude ain't.

Vegan cheesesteak hoagie is delicious, but every time I order there is an issue and the owner isn't the most aware of tone and it's impact to customers. Today I ordered at 7:52 with a pickup time of ASAP. Yelp returns an estimated pick up time of 8:59-9:09. No biggie if that's truly the time it will take. Upon arrival the owner made comments as if it were my error and selected that time which isn't true. This is not the first time the owner has made slick comments related to the systems they use to complete online orders. Customer service and tons with customers should be freshened up by owners and staff.

12:15 on a Sunday and this place is dark despite posted hours on yelp and the door stating it is open. Phone goes straight to generic voicemail. Wasted 30 minutes.

Great food! I got the cheese steak hoagie with almost everything included. You pick, either half or giant. I got the half which was on a 12" sub. The sub had generous amounts of steak and it was delicious and piping hot. The food is halal which is an extra bonus. Customer service was also excellent. I observed them treating other customers and they were very courteous and quick to fix any issues. Can't recommend this enough.

What we got: 1 half cheesesteak, 1 giant cheesesteak, fries. Staff: Really nice and attentive. Packaging: HOLY S**** Everything was packaged very well, the box they used kept the fries so crunchy and warm. Cheesesteaks were wrapped or boxed securely. Plenty of napkins. Size: CHEESESTEAKS WERE HUGE. THE GIANT CHEESESTEAK WAS THE SIZE OF MY ARM. The half cheesesteak is about the size of a subway footlong, except better and fatter. Taste: Cheesesteaks were warm and gooey and flavorful. I got full with half of half the cheesesteak. Lettuce and tomatoes gave it so much texture. Added a s*** ton of mayo, which I like. Fries were seasoned right, they were CRUNCHY. I can't stop eating them, for $3 these are some high quality fries. They were open at 1 am :), yet the quality didn't falter. It's just good to be alive.

You definitely get your money's worth and all the staff that I encountered were exceptionally nice. Split the giant cheese steak 3 ways with my husband and co worker. I wasn't a fan of the steak (a little too much pepper for my taste) but I'll be back to try something else for sure!!

Let me start by saying I got this food delivered so I had lower expectations but f*** me was I surprised. These servings are big and yes the price is high but the amount of food is solid. Both the Philly and fries arrived hot enough to feel like I'd just picked it up from down the street. Fries came in a small cardboard box which is sealed, resulting in a lot of moisture so the fries were slightly soggy. They should take a page or of beauvines playbook and package in open containers put in closed paper bags, nevertheless, the fries were tasty and enjoyable after a buzz in the microwave. The Philly was f****** dank. So much flavor, I am thoroughly impressed. The only thing I thought was weird was how my extra tomatoes were placed on top of the sandwich, like on top of the slit. Not very practical. Whoever is working the nightshift on Saturdays are doing a damn good job.

Insanely good phillies. Some of the best I've had, including IN Philadelphia. They don't just do the regular meat, cheese, onions...they also throw in oregano, oil, mayo, ketchup, salt and pepper, everything. You want peppers? They throw in peppers. You want mushrooms? They throw in mushrooms. They are a little expensive (my 12" was $11.95, and then you have that crazy 13% Richmond meal tax), but you get some FOOD for your money. Their *half* is a 12" cheesesteak, and their giant is 24". I like to eat and a "half" was actually part of lunch AND dinner for me. Their "half" is everyone else's full. And it comes packed with meat. It's delicious and filling. Absolutely recommend.

A good top notch sandwich, good enough to be a authentic cheesesteak. They overfill with meat which is well seasoned and nice fried onions they don’t advertise cheese wiz but it’s available.

When it comes to a Philly cheese steak, hands down they hold the crown. Today was my first experience, custom service was A1. They give you the Philly you are looking for. Worth every penny, on my way out. The guy told me we will see you again and he was right. This is definitely a place you visit if your looking for a Philly in the area.

I’ve ordered there at least 5 times and I’ve never been disappointed. The best Philly in Richmond even for delivery. I can’t order from anyone else..I’ve even called to tell them they can’t be matched. Perfect bread, seasoned meat, etc. I’ve been in Richmond for 10 years and I can’t go to anywhere else. Genuinely I’ve tried places closer/cheaper but it doesn’t compare. If you want an authentic cheesesteak (spicy like I like it) I’m not steering you wrong. Try it out.
