They no longer serve iced tea! For decades, they made great iced tea. Both sweet and unsweet teas. This is a deal breaker for me.Parking: I came in with my crew and work trailer. I found parking easily, got in the store before 3 others, ordered for m y crew and got out quickly ,but withoutSweet tea. My only qualm today.Good service, clean, and mostly professional. The younger male employee was actively flirting with the slightly older female "Manager"'who seemed to be in charge did not curb this activity during my lunch order, but certainly waned with the next order that came in right after me. All in all, my meals were great. There is a time a place for everything. Please educate your employees. Customers and our children do not need to witness this behavior while ordering food.

The black lady with glasses that works the cash register is not a very friendly person and I am surprised that Subway, a place always known for their friendly workers and providing a safe environment for their customers would hire someone with this type of attitude. She asked if that was all I wanted on my sandwich while hovering over the cash register with no gloves on so I was unsure if she was talking to me. Then after I said could I get pickles she then huffed and walked over to the other side of the counter to get gloves. Next I asked for a large drink where she then quickly threw my sandwich in a bag and proceeded to avoid and not talk to me as I inserted my card to pay and then fill up my cup... Never did get my receipt. All I wanted was a place close to work where I can go to lunch without having to deal with any drama and unfortunately this is not what I was looking for. Will probably not be coming back to this particular location which is disappointing considering how close it is to where I work.

Placed my order via the app. They said they didn’t receive the order and refused to make the order unless I paid for it a second time and said they were unable to refund me. Told me to contact corporate but subway offers no actual way to do that (I have submitted multiple contact forms and have yet to receive a response). The easiest resolution imho would have been making the order when I showed proof of purchase but they wouldn’t do that unless I paid a second time. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back

The “shoebox Subway” is easily the best Subway in Richmond. I live walking distance from the downtown Subways but I am much happier driving to Broad & Boulevard. Never had a bad experience. Great parking and access from both streets. Don’t be fooled by the tiny size - this is an excellent Subway.
