The absolute worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. The person who took my order was cursing at me under her breath the entire time. I'm not sure what happened before I got there but that kind of behavior was absolutely uncalled for.Do not eat here.

Fresh seems to be a ubiquitous word..... "Sliced Fresh" doesn't mean while you wait. Doesn't mean today either..... This is blatant false advertising .... The meats are sliced and packed in those samevStainless steel bins in the food case just like it's been for years..... NOT impressed...I will continue eating at the competion because I can see them slice everything .

I went to the store this afternoon, and waited an hour for my food.When I got home my Turkey Sub had no meat. When I asked for a refund, the manager and the employees blew me off and said they couldn’t process a refund. Hands down the worst customer service. Every employee there demonstrated complete incompetence.

This location recently went through a huge renovation that made me honestly feel like there was a glitch in the matrix. One day you walked in and it looked like old regular subway now it's had an extreme facelift. The renovations look absolutely amazing. However the thing that bothers me is there dusty ceiling. Why spend all this money to do extensive renovations and not have someone come in and clean up the ductwork. When I asked the manager about the dust, I was told no one looks up there. Now I can't get the thought of it falling into the food out of my head.

This one is in VCU hospital, ..should be service oriented.. Over staffed, rude employees, on cell phones and just loud and chatting while customers are waiting. I had to request to have a sandwich made! Theyall looked at me like I had thrown mud or something. Sandwich was sloppy, attitude was just that. An ATTITUDE! Avoid this Subway! Needs restarted, retrained, or CLOSED. Never again!
Hit or miss depending on who you get. The staff on weekends and early weekdays are sweethearts. The woman we dealt with today was a little eh but it hasn't totally ruined our experience. It's a subway, not fine cuisine lol. Love it for a quick bite.

I keep giving this Subway second chances. There is almost always a debate on if I can have my steak and bacon cold. They always want to heat it or toast it even after I acknowledge that the meat is cold. After explaining I don't want it heated in store, heated again when I get home they roll their eyes and make the sub. Then when I ask they don't cut the sub because they refuse to clean all the toppings from previous orders I get more strange looks. I brought my latest sub back with receipt and my complaint dismissed about the bread being hard because it's made daily.
