Shawty at the register said they didn't have any cucumbers when I knew damn well they had them prepped in the fridge she just didn't feel like getting them. I hope you see this lady just get me my damn

This is a busy chain, especially around 11:30 am. However, the employees are always RUDE! The last time I went there, I was greeted with "what you want?". This chain usually runs out of or does not restock meats/veggies (they always say, the truck didn't come today-- do they always forget to stop at your chain?). Pay close attention to the employees as they attempt to make your order, because they're usually busy yelling/complaining about each other. Therefor, they forget what you said or never listened in the first place. The sandwich's are usually a mess when you unwrap it. The toaster oven typically breaks about twice a week. They do not accept gift cards.

Rude employees. Ratchet workers who give you attitude and clearly don't want to be dealing with customers. I get that they have a million students a day ordering, and that the work is hard, but that is no excuse for mouthing off to the people handing you money.

Went to this subway 2 seperate times in one day, both times the employees were complaining about their workload. The manager here really needs to do a better job at hiring employees. For patients who are terminally ill in the hospital and have a chance to ride around and go to get some food, I expect the service to be happy. This could literally possibly be their last interaction purchasing food and their experience would be nasty. Extremely disappointed. Be the smile in someones day especially at a hospital!

The worst Subway I have ever been to, ingredients weren't fresh at all, bread was so old. very un welcoming and grumpy crew....!!!

Just like the other reviews I've experienced such poor customer service here that I've stopped coming altogether. Staff doesn't acknowledge you when you walk up to the counter, they just stare and wait for you to say what you want or greet them (to which they still don't respond). One time i stood there for several minutes while 3-4 employees held a conversation and walked around in plain view of me before someone came over. If they do speak their response is "What you want?". The pod is like this too. Its disgustingly sad.
