This should not be called smoothie place at all because all you can taste is ice with a hint of sugar . Me and my sister ordered mango and peach smoothie nothing tasted like mango or peach at all not even one percent we both end up throwing our cups in the trash . We spend like $20 for those cups which was ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to no body at all. I was trying to order baked potatoes without cheese it was 4.99 with cheese it was $8.00 are you serious? Your are going to charge $3 extra for a hint of cheese if so? We decided to walk out. PLEASE do yourself a favor don’t go to this place.

I've been having their smoothies and shakes for 10+ years in San Diego. The peanut butter banana is really y one of my top 5 treats. Always consistently great. But here. Tried them here for the first time since moving to Virginia. They weren't the same. Too icy and not much flavor. Very average and very disappointing considering I know how great they can be. Too expensive for just average drinks.

The owner barely speaks English. I asked respectfully if he could repeat what he said, but he seemed a bit irritated. Unfortunately, the smoothie tasted quite poor, After trying them, we ended up throwing them away. Honestly, making a smoothie with frozen fruits at home would be a better choice. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.Smoothies sure absolutely disgusting.

My cheesesteak tasted like rubber throw up. Worst cheesesteak I've ever had in my life. Highly suggest going somewhere else. In my opinion, this is one of the worst food establishment in the short pump area. Steer clear.

This place is not even a one star I had an awful experience at the Great Steak & Surf Squeeze located at 11800 W Broad Street Suite 2116. I live in South Carolina and every time I connect to Virginia My daughter and family patronize this place. My daughter and I went in and placed an order. The lady at the register handed my daughter the tray with our food on it. As soon as the tray was placed in my daughter s hands it flipped and all of our food was on the floor. I spoke to the manager about it but he refused to replace our food. He said that we would have to repay in order to get the food replaced. Terrible customer service. Never again will myself as well as my family will patronize this business again.

I don't have much to say about this place but it only has one review and it's bad so I thought I'd just share my piece. I got the mango strawberry chiller and it came out pretty quickly and it was good! Wasn't a strong mango flavor to me, but you could tell it was in there so it was fine. The texture was really nice because it was in between a slushy and a smoothie, so it was perfectly refreshing in the hot weather. Also, it didn't have that awful artificial taste where it feels like you're just drinking 100% strawberry mango syrup. It tasted real enough for me and I'll definitely get it again next time I'm here.

Pricey and Artificial I ordered a Large Peach and Mango smoothie from here and it was around $7. It's a good size portion but it tasted awful. It didn't taste like peach or mango and it was clear they didn't use actual fruit or even a purée. It tasted like a plantain smoothie and I had to throw it away. The smoothies from Cold Stone Creamery are way better.
