“Haven't been there in ages. Got there early, my companion and I. We had the Kung party chicken buns for a starter. 2 sauces, one spicy, the other ginger/garlic. Great beginning. My companion had a beef dish for which she substituted tofu. I had the shrimp and scallop Kung pao.. We both had brown rice. We were both extremely satisfied. Brian was our waiter. Must knowledgeable about the offerings and forthcoming with suggestion, all spot on. The food was delivered to our table in a most timely matter.“
“My family and I have been getting Chinese food from Mr. Wongs II ever since we moved down here 14 years ago. And when I moved out on my own, it became a staple for me and my roommate! Now, it’s a staple for me, my husband, and my son. They’ve even remembered our orders! The place isn’t somewhere you’d want to dine in at, but it’s great for a cosy night in with your loved ones“
“If you crave authentic Chinese cuisine and not the fast food takeout type spots this is a great place to go. You can taste the quality and wok hei flavoring in their food. The beef chow fun was delicious. The tangy crispy pork was indeed nicely crisp and not soggy or chewy. There were many dishes on their menu that I have never had before. Will surely come back.“
“The shrimp fried rice was below average due to the amount of grease it had. The shrimp and broccoli were average but the wings on the other hand, were amazing. In fact, the wings are the reason why yummy deserves 4 stars as opposed to 2. They were crispy and cooked to perfection. Good job on that“
