Usually I'll check the bag before leaving, but because it was a large order of food it seemed like everything was there. Upon getting home it turns out that one item was missing. So I called the store to speak with the manager at the time. Terrell was very courteous and apologetic and made it clear that anytime I had a moment to swing by, that that item would we reimbursed. Because I don't live far away, I just drove back up there to get my crispy cantina taco. Terrell had that thing made quickly and even tossed in some free cinnamon twists. That right there is a good manager that's going to go far!

Got 2 soft taco supremes, inside. It took 7 minutes to make them as the staff decided it was time to talk to one another. Both tacos barely had a dribble of sour cream & the soft shells were stale & chewy. I give this Bell a "MEH" rating ?♂️

January I was there hungrier than I thought.... So I chose to dine in..... Well it was FREEZING in the place. The air conditioner was on and blasting. Burrrrr!!!
I ate in my car today and I went inside to fill my drink up because it was the wrong drink and this lady yells at me from behind saying I can’t refill my drink if I didn’t eat inside. Honestly it wasn’t a necessary out burst. Not a good experience.
