laziest drive-through workers I've ever seen, they didn't tell me would take a while or anything and so I was just sitting there with my window down in the cold for like 5 minutes and then it was another 10 minutes until I actually got my food, there were two lazy women there not doing anything, and managed to mess up literally every single item in my order, kind of impressive to be honest, like a wise man said, you have to know all of the answers to a test in order to get all of the questions wrong.... like cmon y'all i woulda gotten fired 20 times over if i worked like y'all did, i mobile ordered 30 mins ahead of time and y'all weren't even doing anything i could literally see you just talking ??

Skip this location at 9420 W Broad Street. Staff has issues suck as stealing your receipts so that they can claim the points for the app. You can contact Taco Bell Corporate, and they will tell you that it's a serious issue and then not respond.Store number 005142

Food was poorly put together and quesadilla was thrown together and folded in half stuff coming all out of it. Taco was hard one and was mushy and all broken.Doesn't seem like anyone at this location wants to work. Needs to find people who want to work and provide customer service.Told agent thank you and she said umm hmm. What type of response is that.

Black lady in the window needs to fix her stank attitude. Went through the drive thru and told her my order and she said “anything else”. I told her I wanted a soft taco instead of hard and no beans on my nachos. Then she said “anything else ma’am” . Got to the window, she hands me the bag with it balled up in her hand. Doesn’t say hello, doesn’t ask if i want any sauce. Doesn’t ask anything. Get rid of her.

I would give it 0 stars for service. It had been awhile since I'd eaten at Taco Bell and I asked for patience upon placing my order as I was unfamiliar with the menu.Started with 1 assistant and than another got in on the order sounding very short and agitated and stated they had a lot of orders. No one was behind me. I canceled my order and went to Chic fil A which was next door AND Busy with LOTS of orders. Thanks Taco Bell. I truly enjoyed the service and meal from Chic fil A.

The sales person was either high and zoned out or just hated their job. They couldn't even explain what is in some menu items, so I had to google it in front of them to get an answer. To enjoy and like the food you probably need to be high as well, it was just not good.
