Definitely my go to place for authentic delicious Mexican food! The Horchata is delicious, the tacos never miss, the huaraches are huge comfort food and the staff is always so friendly. Everyone that I bring ends up loving it and going again on their own.

I'm still fairly new to Richmond, but this is definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant chain in the area. Authentic and great value for great prices. Get a torta if you're really hungry, I had the Al Pastor one last time and it was amazing!

Listen, we moved here from Atlanta last May and I have not had one good taco yet. Something is off with the palates of people who reside in Richmond. This is one of may times where I’ve read reviews that said a place was great, went there and the food wasn’t even good enough to eat.This place looks the part, they really do but when you get the food it falls short of anything you’d expect. Their tacos don’t have onions and cilantro which is traditional, their sauce bar, all the sauces taste like water. They have us some days old rice that smelled of rot and the food just was bland and not very flavorful. Honestly a waste of money and calories. Go somewhere and try tacos etc, and if it’s great please kindly let me know .

Delicious food, and perfect execution for the street food/quick service style Mexican food. The staff was super friendly, and speaking Spanish is a plus to make your ordering experience easier. I ordered a Lengua Burrito and a Carne Asada taco as my first experience, and both were fantastic. The dining room is intimate, so not ideal for a big group to eat inside, but they do have a drive up window for to go orders and a parking lot behind the building. Looking forward to going back!

I ordered El Chido, from one of their food trucks. The tacos were great, and very authentic. Great spot for a quick bite, while still offering quality food. I would definitely recommend El Chido.
