Okay so as someone who has come here at least 5 times and I’m sure close to 10, here is an honest review. Everytime I come here, the chicken never fails me. This is by far the best wing spot I’ve ever been to, and their favors don’t disappoint. If you get sauce on your wings, TRUST it will meet EVERY bit of what you expect. (If you don’t know what to get, try Kickin Cowboy /smoked, you’ll come back the next day) The restaurant is an order and take out place which is probably good for them since they are constantly busy with orders. If you get Ranch or Bleu cheese you will get a HUGE cup of it so there is worries there and it comes with the meal and an extra sauce is only a dollar. Food wise 5 stars. Salt and vinegar fries, 5 stars. If you’re local or visiting, please check it out.My only cons to today’s visit (I never have an issue outside of this one) is that when I came in, I stood at the register about 3-5 mins. It’s 1 guy (black with tattoos who is cooking) and 3 other people. Now as I’m standing there, Ryan B (which the name is on my receipt) was talking to a young lady (who is not a POC) and they were right in front of the register talking. Did not acknowledge me for minutes UNTIL the guy with tattoos who was cooking (in the back of the kitchen) scooted by them and tried to assist me. Only then did Ryan (who I was in front of the entire time) stop what he was doing and place my order. I originally ordered K-town Rolex and Kickin cowboy for a 10 piece. I then changed my order to lemon pepper wings with the young lady with locs in the front (she had on a hat and some crystals) and confirmed the change with her and ordered extra ranch. My food came out in a timely fashion and I left. Once I got home, I realized that they did not update my order correctly (which is fine, things happen) and they gave me a bleu cheese instead. When it came to the food, the only two who seemed to be working were the the guy with tattoos and lady with locs.All in all, the food is amazing. But being acknowledged at the beginning can make or break an experience. Typically order takeout here for their amazing Sunday sandwich. Recently however, they have started to prepare the chicken differently where it’s not as juicy and the batter not as crispy as it usually is. Went from a 5 star sandwich to a 3 with my last two orders. Hopefully this is temporary and I can look forward to ordering from them again soon.

Couldn't even order. I WAS going to spend 80 dollars on some wings and fries. I had a simple question to ask, so I called and got hung up on 2 seconds after asking. 2nd attempt calling, the lady interrupted me saying "we don't deliver only do Uber eats and door dash" well that wasn't my question! All I wanted to know was if you had paper plates and utensils because I am at a hotel.... rude service seriously.

Went here with husband for lunch spent $50, portions size was good but food was very salty and not good. Tried 5 different sauces on the menu and only one close to being good. Had to get something else to eat on the way home.

The food was delicious, the service was great, and the staff was courteous. The Texas toast was buttery and evenly toasted. Try the sweet fries, sweet potato waffle fries with cinnamon sugar. We will be back.

Great chicken & fries!! I had the businessman sandwich though & the Texas toast was pretty bland & hardly toasted. Took it off & just ate the chicken which was much better

THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE TRASH!!!!!!Had their food 3 times this far and the only time I liked it was the first time I had it. I ordered food today and it was not good at all. No flavor. Fries were cold. I ordered a sandwich for a co worker and they also said their food was horrible. I’m disappointed because I really wanted to give them another shot. I tried to call and explain to the manager Chris and he hung up. He was very unprofessional and threatened me because I asked for the owner. DO NOT GO HERE.Update: I spoke to the owner who gave me back my money and was very apologetic. Despite me getting a refund, I will not be returning. They do have another location that I hear is better.

So first thing you should know about this location is that there is NO SEATING, which is fine if you know in advance lol. Anyway, the second time I went (aka the first time being with a group of friends and realizing there was no place to sit), I got the Coach's Garlic Buff and K-Town Rolex with the grand opening free 6-wings with any $5 purchase coupon. Only with the coupon, would I say it's worth it because otherwise, it ends up coming out to $2/wing. The wings weren't bad, but they also weren't the best I've had. Not sure if they were overcooked because they weren't as juicy as they could've been. The sauces were good though, and it's nice having a place that's dedicated to wings with a solid variety of sauces.
