Disorganized mess. Waited 10 mins to order and watched as orders were thrown up on the counter as they were made with no reference to whose it was. So impatient people are grabbing anything that hits the counter that is on their order. Now to the food. - The $8 All American was a pathetic snack sided attempt at a breakfast burrito. The wrap itself offered more than what was in it. Mostly cheese and a strip of bacon and some egg. - The Açaí bowl was ok at best. It had a couple pieces of granola and a splash of coconut but mostly purée and tasted fine. - The Avacalodo was actually good. Coming from someone who's waited and bartended, this is why I get frustrated when they spin the dam iPad around expecting a tip up front. Is tipping expected or earned anymore? And is the quality of service based on what you tip at the register?

I wanted Tropical Smoothie and saw this location opened at 0800. I placed an online curbside order and it stated it would be ready at 0823. I arrived at 0823 and called the business twice with no answer. The lights were off and the open sign was not on. My husband attempted to go in and the doors were locked. Around 0830 a man and a woman showed up. We weren’t sure if they worked there due to not having on any clothing associated with tropical smoothie. The man then unlocked the shop and turned the lights on. Around 0840 I contacted the business again for the third time for an update on our order with no answer. Around 0842 the man brought our order out. There was never any apology for the wait. We are nurses and have to be at work at a certain time. I will never return to this location again.

The whole crew that works here is ignorant & disrespectful. you walk in everyone ignores you, until they feel like it they ask you want you want without a hello or nothing.

I placed an order at this location and it was the wrong location I have been calling them for 3 days to get them to cancel the order, and refund the money. No one is answering the phone. They send the call straight to voice mail. I never got my order but y’all still charged me. They told my bank someone picked up the order but couldn’t verify if it was me or not.This is ridiculous and unprofessional.

I like Tropical Smoothie but this location is always trashed. The countertops are sticky, trash on the floor, and trash cans full. The place is wrecked. I'll be going to other locations, just not this one.

Two consecutive days of bad service. Go to another location. Swim meet at Regency 2/17 and ordered online in advance. Arrived 15 mins after order around 8 pm, well before closing, and had to knock. We were told to cancel our orders because he was closing early due to no staffing. Next day 2/18 and tried again, attempted to order food and the young lady said ‘I’m not making food today.’ Two young girls in our party were starving so ordered smoothies anyway, but we left to go get food somewhere else. (Ordering for others back at the pool) Staff could really care less, allowing sales and customers to literally walk out. (Frankly there is a clear leadership void by the manager/owner.). Poor experience all around. Plenty of others option around Regency, don’t waist your time here.

If you come to give them money to purchase their product, you will be treated as if you are a bother, a nuisance. Please go away so that I do not have to get up and leave my phone. And don’t even think about hearing a “May I help you?” Or a “Thank you. Please come again.”

Was super impressed! There was only 2 workers and a huge crowd waiting and they still rocked it out and got our food to us quickly and it was delicious! Angela the Manager was working so hard to keep it under control and she did a great job!

I did a curbside order and got home to realize my food was burnt. The sides were terribly hard and just burnt. I have tried calling and can't even leave a voicemail because the voicemail is full. I just want my food remade since I had to throw it away.... guess not.

After placing an online order, I drove up to find a teenage boy sticking a paper closed sign to the door and locking up 45mins early without making my food!!! I already paid and now lost $40!!!!

We arrived after placing an order online only to watch the employee there walk out and lock the door 40 minutes before it closed. Did not receive my order and have not been refunded yet. Will not be coming back anytime soon.

Keep trying to give this store a chance but it has systemic problems. Drinks are made inconsistently, hygiene is horrible (one guy took my order and tried to make my drink after cleaning with soap suds and dirt visible on his hands without washing, I walked out) , and there is no customer service. A job is not like school, you have a choice not to show up and work. If you choose to work don't act like the customers who keep you financially afloat are bothering you.

Do not place an order online. They never open on time and they close early on a whim. They will tell you to request a refund on the app, which requires a bunch of nonsense. Not sure why they even keep this location going.
