Food was terrible. Check yelp before believing 3.5 stars……For fast delivery, why is it cold? We ordered 4 toppings but they added green pepper and onions on it….my friend can’t eat onions!! garlic bread felt like it had been sitting out for hours already. would NEVER order from this place again.

Ordered delivery and they said it would take an hour. No worries, we could wait. Then when it arrives, all of the spaghetti is chopped up like Spaghettios and is completely unseasoned. We did our best with salt and pepper considering it was the only thing available at our Airbnb, but wow that pasta and alfredo were horrible without any seasoning. We ordered 3 pasta dishes, each took 2 bites then threw the whole dish away. Will be taking garlic salt with me whenever I travel from now on just in case something like this ever happens again.

Half sauced wings , we were lied to about have ranch in our bag .. got all the way back to the hotel and there wasn’t any ranch . No ketchup for our fries . Food wasn’t even hot. The manager is so disrespectful! The pizza is soggy and the chicken is over cook. If I could I would give it a 0 stars. They charged me extra for a delivery fee and the delivery driver refused to bring me my food to the door. & had the nerve to charge me $10 extra for a tip. Smh My child that loves pizza and did not even like it. Worse pizza place ever and idk how they are even still in service. If I were you I’d order from DAVINCIS !!

I ordered a large pizza through doordash. I accidentally clicked cheese pizza but I wanted pepperoni. I had already paid and there was no option to go back and change. I called the store and explained the situation. They kindly made it a pepperoni with no extra charge. I've been going to Valentino's for years and they have always been great!

The place was extremely crowded when I entered but at least the service was nice. I had to ask for my drink and when I received it it was 2 months expired… Needless to say it was disgusting. On top of that the pizza tasted tasteless. No other way to put it. 20 for a night of throwing up bad pizza and expired drinks. Don’t eat here please

One star because I can’t give zero. Order had not been started when I showed up as told 15 minutes after I ordered. Also, didn’t provide the condiments requested, and didn’t appear to give a $hit when I complained. Had to pay and tip in advance of learning the food had not been even started. Terrible experience!

I ordered from uber eats. The set up was very confusing... I ordered a chicken gyro and wanted everything on it, so I selected each topping. Turns out that selection was to ELIMINATE each topping....I paid about 20 bucks and received a tiny soggy pita full of salty chicken wrapped in unmarked foil and stapled shut in an unmarked paper bag...it was gross. So disappointing. I called and they told me that the order said plain on their end and didn't apologize or offer a refund. Pretty frustrating.

Everytime we come into Richmond, we find ourselves getting a pizza from Valentinos after a night drinking. I can’t tell if the pizza is genuinely incredible, or if it’s from all the alcohol, but it definitely hits that 1-2am pizza craving you may get, and for a reasonable price.

Place is ran by 3 middle easterns, cooking knockoff italian/american cuisine , but then are filled with prejudice and hate all through their blood and hearts. Look down on every race aside from their own and who speak fluent arabic/farsi. Completley dirty and disgusting inside, food is kept in dirty conditions with rats, cockroaches and bugs crawling all over the bags in storage.Health inspectors have to be paid off because they shouldnt be operating if they were inspected properly . Sandwhich cook is a toothless crack addict, and the guy hand tossing the pizza is an old dirty sick man who doesnt shower or clean his hands after peeing, wiping his rear end, or chain smoking. Nobody wears gloves. Many people get sick here . Rude, hate filled, prejudice people , who just had their glass backdoor broken, for telling off customers on a friday night. Avoid at all costs, 7-11 is right down the road and serves better cleaner pizza , burgers, sandwhiches and arent dirty rascist prejudice con artists.

This place is a pretty small, takeout only place. It offers a bunch of food ranging from subs to pizzas and wings. What’s interesting is the prices on the menu when I went in the store is actually cheaper than the ones I see listed online.I got a medium cheesesteak sub and they gave me plenty of meat and food. The meat kinda tasted like roast beef but the more the merrier ya know. The food was a solid 8/10 but the workers were also pretty nice.
