Twice in the last month I have gone to this Hopkins Road location and twice I've left in disgust without ordering. Employees leaning, talking, taking off their gloves and scratching their heads. There appeared to be no one in charge because the person who came when the cashier called looked more like a customer than a company representative. In general you guys need to clean house. You are losing money.

I went i night so it guess its a little different but the server was just a little rude, the staff was saying slurs and cursing, asked me to wait out in parking lot then immediately brought me my food so they don't know how to time manage.

Placed an order for 2 burgers and 3 ten pc nuggets and when food arrived the burgers were burnt on outside and raw inside, the nuggets were so over cooked you couldn't eat them. When I called store to complain the manager on duty said "NOT MY PROBLEM" and hung up on me. It's not that hard to cook a burger or nuggets but don't disrespect the customer when you screwed up the food. If you don't like your job quit.

Got to call it like I see it!! Went threw the drive threw and the window guy told me wait in parking lot ,then about 20 min later brought me out cold fries and hamburger so if I waited as long as I did the food should have been fresh !! I’ve been to many Wendy’s this one by far it at the bottom of the list !! If your a manager or owner of this place y’all need to change a lot of things or you will be out off buisness period!! I will not come back to this location!! A hot mess in there !!

This Wendy's needs to be shut down!!! The workers inside have the doors locked daily and forces you to use drive thru which I clearly don't understand. I just wanted to use public bathroom.. food is never fresh or good and have gotten us sick before... I advise everyone to stay away from Wendy's on Hopkins in Richmond VA.. stay away ☠️☠️
We've gone by this Wendy's Restaurant twice now.We like their Baked Potatoes.They haven't had ANY Baked Potatoes at Noon on Thursday.One other time they didn't have Baked Potatoes at 4 PM.

Yes I'm a Dasher I went to this Wendy's in the morning this morning around 8:45 this morning I checked the doors they where all locked I went through the drive thru instead of giving me my order because the inside was still locked the lady started screaming because I came through the drive thru all she had to do is say I forgot to unlock the door and come in instead she starts screaming and cussing I will never deliver or eat at a Wendy's ever againVegetarian options: Na
