Went to this Wendy’s to get a medium dreamsicle and was rudely told that I could only have a small. Because they were running low. Who does that? The purpose of customer service is to serve the customer. It would have been better to say we ran out! You SHOULD ALWAYS HONOR what the customer asks for if you have it to sell! I will never return to this place and recommend that no one does either! I ended up leaving and went to another Wendy where I received way better service!

9PM. There were two women working and they ignored everyone at the speaker ready to order and those who drove up to the window after getting ignored. The one with two braids was talking on the phone and wiping things down until she came to the window when I parked my car. She said they have no staff and they decided to close early. Laughed in my face and closed the window. I drove around and told everyone else in line what she said so they wouldn’t waste their time, and there were many with DoorDash orders who were not being made. I would’ve been a bit more understanding had they told everyone they weren’t making food over the intercom instead of letting us all sit in line for 20 minutes, or even putting a note on the window at least. I can’t imagine how much money they lost tonight by sending all of us away and those who will continue to arrive until the close after midnight. The two women didn’t seem to care anyways.

This location has problems everytime I go there. They either closed or not taking cards, or the wait is atrocious. I drive past this Wendy’s twice a day and it’s sad that I’ll be driving further to get good service.

Epic fall. I was in a pinch so I stopped for breakfast. Never again.@Wendy's... If you're competing with McDonalds please get your pricing right. Why is the breakfast sandwich on an english muffin $3/more than the one on a biscuit? It definitely didn't taste better. Mine was lukewarm.Also, when I ask for coffee with cream and sugar, don't give me cream and sugar packets to put my own coffee together. I don't work for Wendy's. If I wanted to put together my own "drip coffee" i'd just stop at Wawa. They definitely charge less and it tastes better.I'll stick with McDonald's next time. At least you know what to expect.

Literally every time I give this location a chance, they always disappoint me… they always claim they are closed, “some type of complication “ , or everyone is outside smoking not working. Like who is doing the hiring for this location? Why are they even still open? I have been living over here for over 4 years and may have gotten exceptional service twice. I do not recommend this location for not even an unborn child.

Dining area is always close and when you go to the drive through they no accept cards only cash and food is poorly made, cold fries and hard bread. This restaurant need quality control urgent.
This Wendys is ahead of the game. The best Wendys since they moved across the street. Food always hot and fast. Two thumbs up!!!

There's teens hanging out, standing at the drive thru window. Couldn't order bcz they were doing a shift change. They never accept cash. Always get orders wrong.
