The place is very nice and in my case I was taken care of by a good American girl who tried to speak to me in Spanish. Although I spoke to her in English, she told me that she was practicing her Spanish to attend better. That's very noble. The hamburger, my favorite, the beaconburger was freshly made. staff is insane, literally, no eye contact, mumble, pants around their ankles, move slower than biden, no gloves, fingers in drinks, sneezing in food, i highly recommend visiting just to see how stupid these freaks really are, don't buy anything,

Wendy's food is good, but this location really isn't. The self-service ordering kiosk barely works and not all the possible customization options are there. Staff pretty much ignores you if you go to the counter unless you shout. I'm also not a fan of the new Wendy's layout inside, feels very industrial, but honestly, I'd stick to having it as a takeaway anyways.

Don't make the mistake of trying to order at the register. Staff completely ignores patrons, focusing only on online orders and drive thru window. Waited over 15 minutes in line before finally leaving along with 2 other families also waiting.

Paid for the asiago chicken and baconator and got two basic cheeseburgers with way too much sauce, wouldn't be mad if I didn't pay extra for the sandwiches, fries were good tho

Was there at 9pm on a weekday. No one else was in the dining room yet every table was dirty, there was trash and food on the floor. A sign at the register indicated they were only taking self-serve kiosk orders even though a front end worker sat on the counter playing on his phone. We put in two combo meal orders and they apparently only had fries cooked for one order - why serve one person cold fries and the other one fresh fries? Overall impression is this is a poorly staffed and poorly managed location.

DO NOT give them Business.The worst run Wendy's ever. Rude staff and they always forget things in your order. They look at you like they are upset you are here. Don't let the new building mislead you.At least they will go out of business since most people have caught on. Thanks for upgrading the building for the next guy.

Since they rebuilt this Wendys i have been 3 times. Every time its been great. I ordered the #1 each time and my burger has been perfect all 3 times. I will continue to make this my go to fast food burger apot. Thanks Patterson Wendys team!

Staff refused to take my order at the register. I was instructed to use the kiosk.Restaurants that won't take orders at the register and instructed to use a kiosk will always get a 1 star and will lose my business as I'm not an employee and will not do their job, especially when paying with cash.
