I was hoping to get a double cheeseburger and fries. I was waiting in line for 20 minutes. There was three people in front of me placing an order as a group so it was one bill. They made their order then said it was to much and started making phone calls and looking for coupons on their phones. This went on for at least 20 minutes while I was standing there waiting. In my opinion the cashier should have asked them to step aside while they were trying to find a deal on the food. I finally walked out and peeled rubber out the parking lot. I will never go to that Wendy's again.

Workers were extremely rude and short with us while trying to order, not mention if there's no service from the rudeness that ot would be closed down.
This Wendy's here they were on point with my order and everything was hot. The cashier she was very friendly and the guy who was working the fries. He made sure I didn't have salt on my fries. Like all the Wendy's always someone complaining about me not wanting salt on my fries. . . Thanks for the no hassle and no drama zone????

This wendys on belt blvd I would love for cooperate to go through this drive and experience the rudeness business has went down by far I went through the drive yesterday ordered a biggie bag and was told they only had diet drinks but I asked if they had and juices because I thought it was just soda was the issue I was told by the employee I said we only have diet soda then came back and said we have bottle water and lemon It will be an upcharge but you don't have anything else other than diet soda so I left did not pur have anything the car behind me left as well with no food I use to go to this location daily I drive by it everyday I only went yesterday to get my son food cause it's closer I end up door dashing because the experience

Went into Wendy's last Night 12/19/2023 at 11:40. Worst experience I ordered at the drive thru got up to the window the man that was working was so unbothered first he forgot my bottle water cool.. Then I had 2 biggie bags which contains nuggets asked for some sweet and sour they didn't have that aked for bbq they didn't have that. Not to me the man told me that the debut card machine was down was ready pay him in cash then he said the cars machine work he walked away with my card it was strange cause he had it for a while so soon as he gave it back I locked it ( won't do no weird stuff) they forgot my 10 piece nugget so I came back thru the drive thru and told him he forgot my nuggets he Said what nuggets I ask him to give me a receipt and he couldn't Said he didn't have one hmmm that's weird. The food was cold and old be cautious it's a lot of scam going on this time of year
