Wendy,get your checkbook out and pay these people. They are busting their tails off our here to keep up with the work. The receipt says Carol took my order...but the lady that did had to keep going to the drive thru to put orders in, memorize orders, go back, she was filling delivery orders, taking care of us. And she was polite and courteous to us.Legit, she's deserving of a bonus? Did I have to wait? Yeah, I'm going to wait anywhere at lunch time. She was at least cool about it.The food was good too.

I visited this Wendy's. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food place. The manager was so unprofessional. My order was wrong I went back in to git it corrected. I explained to the manager that it had no bacon on the the sandwich. She took the sandwich to the back and in a minute she gave it back to me. I asked her was this the same sandwich I just brought back. She replied I didn't make it. Then snatched the bag in went to the back again. At this point all professionalism was gone from the beginning. If you patronize this Wendy's just be aware of the service you may get. Not good.

We try to give this place the benefit of the doubt since we live near there but tonight was the last straw for us they are absolutely horrid at the drive thru she snatched the coke (we didn't order by the way) out of my fiancé's hands for a mistake she made it took everything in my not to do something but we were civil just won't be returning anymore id say if you want to go there go inside but go at your own discretion if you're sensitive I'd steer clear.

Walk-in order @3:15pm. Manager (heavy set black guy) talking with a customer at the counter, a friend, and she wasn't ordering. They were having a friendly chat. I waited. I waited some more. A female manager came over and asked if I was ordering, then directed me to the male manager, who I was still waiting for. At least the female customer conversing with him told me to go ahead and order because the manager didn't. He acted as though I was interrupting his day and personal life. He didn't repeat my order back but asked me if that was all? I said I didn't know because he didn't read back my order (he was still talking with the female across the cvounter). He forgot the fries so I reminded him and he added it. When my order came they forgoty my vanilla Frosty. I waited a full minute in frustration while this male manager went on with his conversation like life was good. I flagged down the other (female) manager and asked where my Frosty was? There were more confusion as she handed me a small chocolate when I ordered a large vanilla. Nice. Hey, this is to The Big Guy, the so-called male "manager" working there today, Jan 11, 2024... why wouldn't you give me your name when asked? You knew I was going to complain, didn't you? Get a new career and make sure it's not in customer service or food service. You're a disgrace and have some anger issues.

Went through the drive thru.. she was extremely rude and all of my food was in (1) bag.. mind you I had 4 orders with drinks. Asked for another bag and drink holder and she rolled her eyes at me. Then looked in my bag and the chicken nuggets were at all at the bottom of the bag and was missing sauce and an order of fries… Customer service is at an all time low to say the least. I will take my business elsewhere.
The three black ladys that work here around 10pm on Tuesdays need to be fired! They REFUSED to serve me because their employees dont know how to give proper customer service. I literally was not allowed to order anything and i left hungry and angry!? These are old ladies with the personality of a 16 year old worker. They had attitude problems for no reason and were upset i asked them to tell me the menu options that were not clear AT ALL!! Everytime I asked she would reply with an attitude saying she had no idea i need to look. They then told me to get out of their line and locked the window!! They threatened to call police which i know the police would have been mad those ladies called simply because they dont wanna do their job, they just like waisting time. These women need to find happiness or something because they’re clearly miserable. Get them help not a job ASAP!!! They never let me order smh wendys do better!

The store opens at 630. I was there at 705 and the doors were locked. Went to the drive thru and waited 4 minutes and no one answered. Looks like another place where people do not want to work.
