I had a relatively simple online order of 30 wings and 3 fries. I get there and nothing in the online tray. Had 3 people ask me why I was there. Told them all I needed my online order. They all told me they were working on it. 20 minutes go by. I'm watching everyone who came in after me get their food. Then they tell me someone picked my order up. After 3 people told me they were working on it. Then they told me they were making it now. 30 minutes after I place the order they START working on it. Then they give me food but they're missing a large fry. So I told them. They didn't believe me. So the lady opened every single box in my bag to make sure I'm not lying. And then guess what? That'll be another minute and a half on the fries sir. This place sucks.

1st time there in over 2 years. Service is pretty poor for the price you pay. Better a have credit card or exact change. They are making a killing... between the 3 of us they made over $1.50. What do you do with the change? You're the only place that has ever done this to me!! Just wondering...

This is the worse Zaxbys I have ever been too. The cashiers are rude, they a hateful look on their face as if they are going bite your head off. They make mistakes in the order and don't even apologize. It was a terrible experience. Will never go back there.

Food tastes bland. Not much flavor going on. Not much crunch going on with the chicken. The bacon is pathetic. Fries seasoned like they're on a budget. I got their spicy chicken club sandwich meal.

We’ve stopped here a few times during our travels. Food is normally alright. The service is pretty terrible here. I am not sure if they tell all their employees to act like they don’t want to be there but out of the four times we’ve been there I can’t think of one time they didn’t act like we were bothering them. They also have super random hours, whatever is listed on google is probably what they’re suppose to be open but don’t trust it. It rained one day we tried to stop here and due to the rain they were opening late by an hour and a half.

We went on a huge detour to visit this exact location in they’re locked up over half an hour early.
It’s the small things for me about this store that I love, the team are young but they are very well mannered, and even though they may not get a lot of business, I will always come to this one!! The food!! The food is always hot and fresh and yes well seasoned ( Mr. B Jones ) I will continue to come here when I’m headed home from work and don’t feel like cooking on a Sunday.
To the guy who said that this Zaxbys food is unseasoned…stop over exaggerating dude, this store is literally right down the street from my house and I eat there every day, I absolutely love this Zaxbys, the food is always fresh, the atmosphere? Very welcoming, despite the fact that they are short staff at times, I do see a change with them getting more help, so just bare with them and I’m sure that they will pick up the slack ( as if there was any to begin with )
