Every time I come here, my orders are not ready and I have to wait for 10 minutes before they knowledge that I am standing there. Busy socializing then taking care of customers. I felt like I was there to just stand around and look at them. Was not feeling appreciated… This has to stop… I order in advance and my order is never ready and I am always on my way to work when I stop at this location.

update: problem still not take. Care of. I arrived in your store and was greeted by another customer that said “Good help is hard to find.”This is a management problem. I’m a fan of Hardee’s, but will never deal with the least customer oriented location I’ve ever experienced again.

Janice waited on me and my daughter, she was so very nice and sweet. The atmosphere was great and the food was good. Loved this location. We got the platter and a chicken biscuit everything was good and hot. Will go back.

Asked for no salt fries specifically, several times. The girl could not hear me on the speaker. She kept asking the same questions. The new fresco candied bacon burger was dry, entirely too much sauce, and no tomatoes on it. Our chicken tenders were dry and cold. The first order of fries were cold and salty. I turned sons and went back to the drive thru. After waiting a couple minutes they sent someone else to address why I was at the window. However they did give me some fresh hot salt free fries. I don’t recommend this store
