I know it's weird to give a gas station 5 stars but it's hard to find a small convenient store with a decent grill like the ones I grew up on. They have all closed or at least shut down the grill. Growing up in Martinsville there were other options and I never had to go to Ridgeway for this but now that I live in NC, I stop here nearly every time I go back home. They have hotdogs (the old style with Jesse Jones type red weenies), burgers, salads and much more not to mention all the sides like fries, onion rings, and hush puppies. I've never had anything here I didn't like. Plenty of beverages to choose from but I prefer the Pepsi fountain unit. There is also a sitting area incase you decide to eat there and not in your car. The staff is always nice and accommodating. Growing up I remember getting three dogs for $.99. That's no longer the case but I still love those dogs! Stop in and give them a try the next time you're driving down 220 in Ridgeway.

For a gas station... they have some good food! I love the convenience of being able to stop for gas and get some food. The Philly cheesesteak wrap with ranch is a 10/10. They also have some really good cheese cake.

Hot dogs are in close competition with Roberts Best Way !! All the food is good here though !!

I had the BBQ bacon cheese burger. Everything was good, but the BBQ sauce is what got me. I absolutely loved it. They said they are getting a lot of compliments for the BBQ sauce. Employees are very nice. I was here in the evening... there's room to park tractor trailers here... big plus!!!!

Had the hot dogs (all in) and it's miles better than 7-11, etc.My wife got the cornbread (slightly dry) and the hamburger (good price for the size).All the food tasted fresh.This is above average food, and it's amazing gas station food - but it's not food you would go very far out of your way for.That being said, there's not many other options within miles of this place so it's an impressive little joint in that respect.

A secret Gem. You wouldn't know from the outside that this was one of the best food eatery's in all of Virgina/North Carolina. But this is "The Spot" to be. Friendly staff, amazing food and very fair prices. Happy find and will return often!! Place was packed with people eating!
