By far the best Applebee's I've been to everrr!! Greeted and sat with a smile and laughter instead of rudeness and grumpy attitude like rocky mount, server was on top of his game, he was very quick and very accurate, food came out promptly and hot and cooked to perfection in under 30 minutes unlike in rocky mount where we waited for an hour for cold and undercooked food, everything was superb! Well worth the 45 minute drive from my home and by far beats the 2 Applebee's stores within a 20 minute drive from my home. Staff was all around wonderful, everyone was friendly and doing their jobs and present on the floor. Definitely will be making that drive again for that delicious meal!

First off, very nice vibe. Second, im just going to say it starts with the manager of the place, and he was absolutely wonderful, and he also runs a very nice establishment compared to others i have been to. We drove 45 mins to eat at this location n it was definitely worth it. The service was exceptional and the food was hot and delicious, and also made correctly!! Will definitely be going back for more!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered curb side.. Sat 20 min and had to go in to get my order.. Which was cold at that point. I got home and we were missing one entire meal, several side items, and an incorrect drink. As well, the quesadilla was hard and dry, as were the boneless wings. I tried calling several times and no one would pick up the phone. When I tried to select the to go option the person on that end said they were unable to reach the restaurant as well. I spent a lot on what we had hoped to be a family night with good food and a movie, and this is absolutely disappointing and unacceptable!

we came from out of state and love applebee’s near us. We came here after the place near by had a long wait for a big party. upon receiving our food, all of the meat was cold. The waitress was so slow to bring us drinks and food. After leaving, within the next 10 hours, 5/8 of our party spent hours in the bathroom with stomach issues. Not fun. do not recommend

Our waitress Alexis was amazing! The manager on staff was also great! Food was great. The only issue i had was my burger was a little too greasy for my liking but it was still good. Other than that the atmosphere was pleasant for our group!The table was clean, the bathroom was clean.GREAT EXPERIENCE all around!!! Thank you!

Under any other circumstances I wouldn’t waste my time on writing a review, however what happened today at valley view apple bees was unacceptable and needs to be answered. I took my younger sister to get a nice lunch and off the bat our waiter was rude and inappropriate. Not only did he bad mouth management and the cook, he called them racial and autistic slurs. Throughout the 20 minutes we were there, he stood over my shoulder like a creep to look at what I was doing on my phone multiple times. Made comments about how I needed to respond to him and give him eye contact while trying to have unnecessary conversations. He made me so uncomfortable I paid for meals I couldn’t eat. Upon leaving he made comments about sniffing coke, and I’m not sure if it’s because he himself does it- or because I’m incredibly skinny. Either way it made me feel sick. I have no idea what was going through his mind- but I no longer feel safe coming to this location or bringing my family. This happened at 3:25pm and the waiter was Shawn B.
Loved the new Rock margaritas. Food was ok. More of a selection needed.

Our waitress, Christian, was very quick and friendly and very patient with our kids! We were greeted and seated quickly and the food was great. The brownie bite dessert at the end of the meal was a steal for 1.99! Would definitely recommend to a friend.
