Went there for a quick lunch. I understand that it is hard to get people to work. I pulled into the drive through, no one else in line there, but was told to wait, that they would be right with me. About 3 minutes later I was asked could they help me? We placed our order, drove around and waited again, this time at at the window. Didn't see any one for a few minutes. I appreciate that they were making the sandwiches fresh. I guess they were short handed because the young girl that came around the corner was removing gloves, packed out sandwiches, packed our cold fries, delivered the food, took the payment and then made our drinks. This Arby's is better than the one down by Kenworth. Hire, hire, hire if you can.
Its arbys, the food is expensive unless you go with deals or coupons, but they sell a good product. When compared to mccalisters they are slightly cheaper but not by much. At the end of the day this is the best arbys in roanoke, the other two have horrible service and limited staff so count your blessings i guess.

For fast food this is hard to beat. Better quality than most fast food chains. The standout sandwich in my view is not the roast beef (although it's great) but rather the Crispy Fish - it's a shame it doesn't stay on the menu permanently and comes and goes for some reason.

Do not go to this location. They serve cold food and are not clean.The last time I went here, the food was cold AND there were two bugs inside the lid of my cup, so I haven't returned until today. This time, again, the food was cold AND there was a hair on my turnover. Every time I go I am the only one in line, yet the food is cold. Not warm, COLD. Why?? Why is the food not sitting under a heat lamp? I ordered and was out the drive-thru in less than 3 minutes. I understand wanting to be quick but NOT if that means the food is just tossed in the bag after sitting around for who knows how long. Keep it under a heat lamp, or throw it in the microwave before handing it off at least.The only thing good about this location is the friendly staff. I really wish they cared more about giving good quality food and cleanliness than sending customers off in a hurry.

Got 4 burger meals. 2 had a very small bone in them. Food was great minus that. Strawberry shakes were delicious. Usually they are quite slow compared to other fast food. Food is probably a little better quality though.

They forget something literally EVERY TIME. They didn't put the Roast Beef sandwich in the bag, the MAIN thing they are known for and the main "course" of the meal, so basically lunch was ruined. This location has the worst service of any I've been to, and I'm talking consistently over years of living near it. I give them a chance every 3-4 months and they blow it every time.

I personally am not a Arby's fan. But my girlfriend loves it. But I will have to say this Arby's was very clean. The staff was very polite. The bathroom was very clean as well. The food came out fast and hot. All together, this was one of my best Arby's experiences.
Only seen 2 people working, but they were still getting orders out quickly.
