Gave me a cold sausage cheese biscuit I called to inform them I would like a replacement I wasn’t mad I stop here 3 times a week. After calling she told me she would replace it if I bring the receipt and the bag and sandwich back when I come back through. I told her I would be back there till Wednesday today is Monday. I was not leaving that food in my car for 2 days she said yes.Wednesday I stop in and give them receipt and I guess the lead person there hardly speaks English said yes I remember you calling and starts telling me that I didn’t bring the sausage and cheese biscuit back in the bag. I told her I don’t come by here every day and I wasn’t keeping the food for over days. She continued to tell me off in Spanish. I told them to keep the money and the replacement biscuit. Will never stop by there again and I will do my research to find out what other ones they own and will no longer be doing business with them. No wonder people don’t like that franchise owner.

For what people are paying to eat out, they should really pay more attention to the food orders. I asked for everything on the burger. There were no onions nor tomatoes, and when I asked for them to be added, I was given the bottom piece of the tomato. I mean, really? $15 should have gotten me a proper slice.

I got a chicken biscuit. I had to take my biscuit back up to remake because my chicken was old and couldn't Bite into it. While waiting on them to remake I was looking at my husbands and mother in law biscuit turned into crumbs. I finally got my remade biscuit the tomato was super thick. I couldn't even take my first bite before it reached my mouth the biscuit crumbled up all I was left holding was the chicken..I will not be back to this bojangles. Absolutely awful.

Very nice employees very clean restaurant and was very impressed with bathroom being very clean also.
My husband stopped to grab breakfast for us and the kiss. We got a ham egg & cheese biscuit extra ham, a Cajun biscuit, 2 borounds and a low card with sausage. Once he got 20 minutes back to the house he realized they completely left out his ham biscuit and my low carb had a long black hair wrapped all around my eggs. Disgusting! This bojangles always leaves off half of the order. I will never go back.

Arrived at Bojangles dining room at 8:30 to find chairs all up, caps off the drinks. We ordered a grilled chicken club, and it came back with fries that had been re-drops as I asked for no salt, and chicken so tough that I nearly choked ...we had to return my food. It was very dried out and had been sitting under a heat lamp, apparently. We turned around after discovering this three or 4 miles down the road and returned our food. Was told we cannot return it without a receipt however, we had the receipt. Next, we were told that it would be back on our card tomorrow. We did not use a card, so this was a lie and we were not taken seriously. We paid cash!! The transaction receipt clearly would have shown we paid cash.Nasty food and we will never go back.I sure hope this review gets back to upper management and it is cleaned up. My husband is a restaurant and design consultant as well as business owner. We know how food service is conducted.This is one of my top fast food places to eat. What a shame for Bojangles!!
