This is the worst Bojangles. I've ever been to the chicken. Tenders were smaller more like nuggets, and the price was ridiculous and it took literally almost 30 minutes To just even place the order. Food was good. It was just way expensive and this is not Bojangles that. I remember I'm shocked at the size.

This location does not honor the operating hours posted. All of the exterior lights were off when I arrived and most of the interior lights, too. Nothing was lit up for the drivethrough, either. Do not rely on this place to be open in the early AM- you'll be disappointed and have to go hungry, like me.

I like Bojangles, and the grilled chicken biscuit and the country ham biscuit with egg are two of my favorites, as is the 2-piece white meat dinner with 2 sides or the 3-piece wing dinner with 2 sides. The food is good, and you get your money's worth.
The only reason this review is 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is not open past 2 PM. The staff is friendly and the food is always good. I wish it was easy to get some Bojangles in the evening in Salem. Otherwise, keep up the good work.

The staff there on Friday January 19, 2024 needs serious training. I ordered 3 sausage & egg biscuits and when I got home they were just biscuits in the bag. They got me good. I go here regularly and the regular guy makes sure your order is what you ask for, this was a whole new crew and I didn't see the normal guy there. I will make sure to check my bags before I pull off from now on.

My biscuit was hard as a brick all around the edges top and bottom. Tomato was flavorless which is not necessarily their fault. And they have gotten a different bacon. It taste like fatback instead of bacon. But the tea was great and so was miss carol as always.
