Was looking to buy a cookie dough cupcake which are currently only available in the babycake size. Came in only to be told that you are now required to purchase 4 babycakes instead of an individual cupcake which runs around $11.I’ve been coming to bubblecake since they just had the one original location even after years of increasing prices and few new flavors, but there seems to be no point at all in going now if I’m not even allowed to buy the one thing that I wanted.

If they valued customers they would be making the most popular and requested drunkin pumpkin cupcake daily and certainly as typical for the holiday season. The other flavors are okay if you are a fan of just cupcakes, but why would you limit your most popular recipe? If there is a logical reason it would be best to share with customers seeking the favored flavor. Definitely not worth the calories for other available options in my opinion.

I walked in and as I am ordering, the girl waiting on me says if you purchase 5 you get one free. Got home and was charged for 6. I called back and she said the girl was new. Businesses today hire d*** employees. I will not shop here again as this is the third time it has occurred when I purchased a set amount and was told 1 would be free.

This place is pure joy. The decor is sooooo fun. Then you walk up to the class case with goods galor. I’ve tried most of the cup cakes and I have to say the crème brûlée cup cake is something special
I have visited over the years to treat myself. The cupcakes are tasty but have always been overpriced. The only thing helping to justify that price was the generous size of the cupcakes. But now the cupcakes have shrunk to the size of a normal cupcake you would find at your local grocery store. Only you could get 6 cupcakes at your local grocer for the price of 1 here. A total rip off! Very disappointed and will not be visiting this business again.

Bought cupcakes for a gender reveal. The pinks were not the same and were mismatched with reds. I emailed them with no response. I won't make the same mistake again of coming to their store...they were ordered early and I should of checked behind them before the party...my fault I guess.

I was really weary about this place because of some of the reviews. I got the cookie butter and was nervous it would be too sweet. It was very delicious. I’m quite picky about cake but this was yummy. The frosting was not too sweet, just the right amount of sugar. Cinnamony, vanilla goodness. There was NOT a big pile on top. The actual cake has a “bubble” on top around the paper lining, so it looks like a pound of frosting but it’s not. I will admit, the actual cake is not amazing flavor wise. It needed vanilla bean maybe? It’s slightly bland. I’m not going to declare box cake but I won’t discount it either. It’s not bad, in fact the cake was moist and not crumbly. Eat the cupcake like a normal person—frosting and cake with each bite, and it’s great. I’d eat it again 100%.

As a person with a sweet tooth, I absolutely love this place and even though I’m not from here, I go to bubble cake every time without a doubt when I’m in town, and they carry such a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere

Cookies are very exceptional however they need to make sure they are not sitting out too long cuz they get dried out quickly the gummies are really good though
