We had takeout order placed at 730pm and it suppose to be ready at 810 . I got there at 820 to pick up . Told the server order name and started waiting. It was 840 when I asked again and was told they are working on it . It was 9pm when I asked the manager what is going on with the order when it should have been ready at 810. Manager and server told me my order was never put through and that they don’t have it . I was mad and told them it’s been almost an hour I been waiting . Manager looked in the computer and said oh yeah it’s been ready in the oven. The whole time I waited the order was sitting in the oven. Manager didn’t even apologize or anything . Very bad customer service. Hope they get their service right. When I came home they didn’t even put carrots or celery in there. Again bad bad service.

Not worth it anymore. They've ruined basically all the amazing deals they've have, including the BOGO. Can't even get 15 wings anymore, now they limit you to just 6 or 10. On top of everything being more expensive. Gotta save every cent you can when you're a 3.5 billion dollar restaurant chain I guess.

My salad had a bit too much seasoning… however my waiter was very helpful an understanding! I was given a new salad to go ! Very much appreciated by the way :) I still had a great time!! wish I got my waiters name tho..

Our time at Buffalo Wild Wings was very unamusing to say the least. The staff was extremely rude, and disrespectful. Yet the atmosphere we fun, and lively. I was hoping for the staff to be the same. If anything it seemed that everyone had such a piss poor attitude about their job. Some jumping to the food. We have been to many buffalo wild wings in the past and the food was so much more appetizing then it was when we went. First, the portion sizes are ridiculous. It's like a handful for fried pickles at best, which I attached the photo for reference. If I'm spending over $10 on an app I expected a lot more than that. The wings we had were so cold, and hard to bite. My husband got the teriyaki, and I had gotten the dry rub lemon pepper. The seasoning was tasty till you tried to bite the wings, it was like biting stones. I also ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, which says on the menu tossed in buffalo which I assumed I was getting the chicken tossed in the sauce, nope. Instead it was mixed in my cheese. Like what? Then, when I went to take a bite after getting the cook to get my buffalo sauce so I could sauce my own wrap, because he brought it back to me in told me it was in the cheese ha, I bite down and there was like 4 little pieces of chicken in my wrap. So needless to say I will not be coming back to this buffalo wild wings, it was over priced for the portions you had gotten, and rude attitude all around that establishment. So, sad. I loved buffalo wild wings.

Went last Wednesday night to get some "to go" wings and fries and the Mgr Taylor and the Bar tender were great !! I ran into some friends while waiting for my order, and they had it done quickly.They really do a good job at cooking the wings just like I like, and the service is always great.

It all started when my friends and I decided to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings. We were seated, and forgotten about until I went and flagged down a nearby waitress. We had been seated FOREVER by this point. Eventually our food came, and I was disappointed by the fact that the food was cold, and dissatisfying. The service was slow, and wasn’t worth the wait.

Charged me for union rings I didn’t even get. Waited 20-30 minutes to get drinks, then another 20-30 just for the food to come out cold with very little meat on the bone, one chicken leg didn’t even have the bottom half of the meat, didn’t even get the onion rings I ordered and my buddies fries are cold, waited on receipt for 20-30 minutes,
